OH MY GOD!! Does everyone remember Pierro and @rockythepocketpit's budding bromance from back in October? Well, @samjrose (Rocky's mom) knows my appreciation for cheesy Christmas rom-coms (shout-out to #Flansmas), so she made these stills from "A Hot Dog Holiday" starring these two besties I CANNOT!!! 😭 The accompanying synopsis in the last slide comes courtesy of Christmas movie aficionado @brianandsophie. MERRY WOOFMAS, EVERYBODY! 🌭🎄🐾

In honor of International Cat Day, here is the possibly stray/feral kitty that has taken up residence in our old treehouse! Still trying to find out if anyone is looking for her…but based on the ear tip and avoidant behavior it’s likely she’s a feral kitty. But she’s been enjoying the meal delivery service and lounging by the window. by @samjrose

Had a nice birthday despite it raining (for maybe the first time here in 20 years??) and feeling under the weather…hurray for acute plus chronic illness. And thanks Shawn for the awesome Hieronymus Bosch sweatshirt! 💚 by @samjrose

Happy New Year! From me and my new pal Rocky 💙
I didn’t think I was going to be ready anytime soon, but I ended up fostering this beautiful sweet pocket-pittie brindle boy and now he’s part of the family. He loves to cuddle and sunbathe… looking forward to our future adventures together 🐶☀️ by @samjrose

Really hard to write this, but my beloved dog Filburt passed away this week.
We were together every single day for the last year and 8 months, and I feel so lucky that we had that time. At his last check-up the vet said he might be a lot older than we originally thought (despite his ever youthful puppy-like appearance!) He was such a good boy, and he really loved everyone he met, loved every walk and adventure, every belly rub. He will be deeply missed by all of his humans 💚 by @samjrose
