Happy birthday to the one and only! The one who makes my world go round, my green-eyed Texas stunner. The most loving mom and amazing wife I could ever ask for. I’m so lucky to call you mine. ❤️ by @samlbroady

Keep up the hard work Hadleigh! As she once said to me “I want to grow up and be just like Phil Foden.”

Speed isn’t just for athletes — it’s for life.

If you don’t use it, you lose it. Power starts declining in your 30s and drops faster after 50 — mostly because we stop moving fast.

That leads to harder daily movement, less activity, and higher fall risk.

Speed = power. So we train it.
Sprinting is introduced gradually, but it’s awesome seeing adults hit maximal 10-yard sprints

You’re not too old — you just have to train it.
