The best week with my best friend

Proud of us for the life we’ve built.

Years of grinding away at achieving a dream business and there’s no one else I would’ve imagined doing it with. Being able to take our first real vacation in years, lay back and put the phones down was truly something special. taken in Hotel Atelier Playa Mujeres by @sammysieg_

This one felt good. The Empire team showed out at our hometown DEKA this past weekend with over 60 athletes competing. Super proud of our members for continuing to push themselves to become better in all aspects of their health and fitness!

We’ve now had the biggest teams at multiple Hyrox races along with DEKA Fit.

It’s rewarding when you think back at the vision and realize this was the whole point: watching a group of strangers walk into your business when it first opens, only then to be a year and a half later and see the community that has been built. Members pushing each other to do these competitions together, having a blast with it, then wanting to do more. Truly nothing like it.

But the most rewarding part about it is watching the team cross finish lines, cry tears of joy, hug it out, and then get right back to work.

This is still just the beginning. @empiretrainingacademyraleigh taken in Raleigh, North Carolina by @sammysieg_

Coaching matters. Programming matters. Your training environment matters. The people around you matter. Don’t let anyone tell you different. taken in Empire Training Academy by @sammysieg_
