Do pools add value? To the right buyer, absolutely! 💦

When a pool is on your wish list, you’re picturing summer afternoons, family time and memories made in your own backyard escape. That lifestyle can be a BIG selling point!

Personally, I’m a pool-is-a-must girl! My daughter and I spend so much of our summer in ours—it’s our favorite place to be. ☀️

Would a pool be a must-have or a dealbreaker for you? And which one in this video is your favorite? 👇 taken in Dripping Springs, Texas by @samsellsaustin

Pizza by the slice or a fresh gyro? Why choose when you can try both? 🍕🥙

I stopped by Fetch Food Park on Hamilton Pool Road and tried the pepperoni pizza by the slice and the gyro. The gyro was my favorite—lean meat, fresh toppings, and so much flavor!

This local food trailer spot offers a variety of options, with businesses listed at the park including Leyla’s Kitchen for Lebanese and Mediterranean food, Lea’s Pizzaria, Namaste Austin for Indian food, and PattyMeltz for burgers, wings and patty melts. They also had Kate’s Flower shop which I’m a fan of the name!

If everyone in your group is craving something different, add this spot to your list!

More strength. More confidence. More energy. More YOU.🔥🔥✨
Taking care of yourself doesn't make you a selfish mom. It makes you a woman who hasn't forgotten herself in the process of raising a family.❤️🫶✋🏻 by @samsellsaustin
