Pizza by the slice or a fresh gyro? Why choose when you can try both? 🍕🥙

I stopped by Fetch Food Park on Hamilton Pool Road and tried the pepperoni pizza by the slice and the gyro. The gyro was my favorite—lean meat, fresh toppings, and so much flavor!

This local food trailer spot offers a variety of options, with businesses listed at the park including Leyla’s Kitchen for Lebanese and Mediterranean food, Lea’s Pizzaria, Namaste Austin for Indian food, and PattyMeltz for burgers, wings and patty melts. They also had Kate’s Flower shop which I’m a fan of the name!

If everyone in your group is craving something different, add this spot to your list!

NEW CONSTRUCTION WITH PERRY HOMES IN DRIFTWOOD 🤠🏡

Come tour Perry Homes - Creek of Driftwood with us!

If you’ve been looking for Hill Country living, larger homesites and Dripping Springs ISD, Creek of Driftwood is one to put on your radar.

Perry Homes is currently offering half-acre homesites with homes starting around $1.03M, with floor plans approximately 3,300–5,600 sq. ft., 4–5 bedrooms, 1–2 stories and 3–4 car garages. Current inventory and larger plans can reach into the $1.2M–$1.3M+ range, depending on the home, homesite and selections.

And one of the big things to know here: LOW PROPERTY TAXES. The reported 2025 tax rate was approximately 1.6353%, notably low for a new-construction community in the Austin area.

The community itself is gated and tucked into the Texas Hill Country near Onion Creek, with mature oaks, rolling terrain and plenty of that Driftwood feel—all while being convenient to Dripping Springs, Wimberley and the Austin area.

🏫 Dripping Springs ISD
Perry currently lists Cypress Springs Elementary, Sycamore Springs Middle School and Dripping Springs High School for its Creek of Driftwood homes.

And the homes 😍 — think soaring ceilings, walls of windows, oversized kitchens and islands, home offices, guest suites, game/media rooms, covered patios and 3-car garages, depending on the floor plan. One current 4,263-sq.-ft. plan includes a 19-foot entry, office, formal dining, guest suite, media room and game room.

Want pricing, available homes or a private tour? DM me “DRIFTWOOD” and I’ll send you the details.
Buyer representation matters with new construction—bring your Realtor with you from the beginning. 🖤 The Haus of Artemis would love to help. 🫶

Interest rates may be ticking up, but that doesn’t mean buyers should automatically hit pause.

Right now, higher inventory means more choices, less competition, and more motivated sellers — which can create opportunities that were much harder to find in a hotter market.

Buyers may be able to negotiate a better price, closing-cost assistance, repairs, rate buydowns, and even seller-paid buyer-agent compensation as part of the deal.

And remember: you can potentially refinance a rate later if rates come down and it makes financial sense — but you can’t go back and renegotiate the price you paid once the market changes.

The goal isn’t to wait for the “perfect” market. It’s to recognize when the market is giving you leverage — and right now, buyers have more of it. Thinking about buying? DM us “BUY” for a no pressure chat and let’s talk about where the best opportunities are right now and what your timeline may look like.

Proof that “work” can look a whole lot like play. 🤠🐝🦙✨

We spent the day exploring Wild Juniper Ranch right here in Dripping Springs — five beautiful Hill Country acres where creativity, nature, and a little ranch life all come together.

We tended to the bees, made friends with the alpacas (sort of), swung under the trees, hopped into the outdoor vintage tub, found a piano & a tractor we obviously couldn’t ignore… and basically laughed our way around the property. 😂

They say, “If you love what you do, you’ll never work a day in your life.” Days like this make that feel pretty true. ❤️🦙🦙

At Haus of Artemis, we work hard, play hard, and believe there should always be room to have a little fun along the way. 🏹🌙

Getting to experience places like Wild Juniper Ranch, connect with the people and properties that make this area special, and call the Texas Hill Country our backyard? That’s a pretty good day at the office.

Dripping Springs, you’re pretty special. ✨😇🫶
