I think I’m in love 😍

Recipe:

Pick either Vodka or Gin

80 mils of Gin but you can do 30 or 60 mils as optional
Fresh lime juice or lemon juice 40 - 60 mils
Ice cubes 4-8
1 stalk of rosemary to shake it through before pouring
Sparkling water or Soda 180 -260 mils
Shake well then strain it into a glass.
I just use whatever glass I find in my pantry lol.
Add a wedge of orange or lime on top
If you’re feeling fancy you can use tonic water but I don’t really use tonic water that much lol. Maybe some day I’ll try to make something with more tonic water 🫠 by @samsoksambath

Teaching you how to cook at home.
This recipe of mine seems simple yet delicious.
Here’s what you need.

Preheat your oven at 180 degrees Celsius
Pad the fish fillet and make sure it is dry.
Add 1 tbsp of live oil to the pan at medium heat.
Cook the fish and let the crust build slowly.
Once the crust develops, transfer into the oven and let it cook through.

The “Holy Grail” Breakfast Bowl 🍐✨Looking for the ultimate morning breakthrough? This bowl is my current “holy grail”—the perfect achievement in texture and flavor that’ll make you stop looking for any other breakfast!Starting with a base of lemon-flavoured Greek yogurt (I use the 200g pots, which are extra thick and creamy), I whisk in a signature fruit liquid and top it with brown rice puffs for that essential gluten-free crunch. It’s a high-fiber, high-protein powerhouse that keeps you full all morning. The Build:The Base: Whisk together 200g lemon Greek yogurt and your reserved fruit liquid. The Crunch: Fold in brown rice puffs and chia seeds (soak these for 30+ mins beforehand for the best texture!).The Freshness: Top with sliced banana, fresh strawberries, and generous chunks of diced mango. The Finish: Drizzle with 2–4 tbsp of honey and whisk it through for that perfect golden sweetness.Ingredients you’ll need:🍋 200g Lemon-flavoured Greek Yogurt🥣 Brown rice puffs (I grab mine from Wellness Road at Coles)💧 Soaked chia seeds🍯 Honey (to taste)🍌 Fresh fruit: Banana, Strawberry, & Mango🥃 A splash of brandy for a sophisticated depth of flavorAdjust the flavor as you go and enjoy your new morning obsession! by @samsoksambath

I was thinking about making Béarnaise sauce with a twist of green theme texture but then something came up on my mind.

Here’s my new creation that randomly popping in my head. I wasn’t sure how to name so I asked google to give me a name of ingredients list I’ve used to make this sauce lol. by @samsoksambath

Seafood chowder recipe:
Dry wine (Rosé)
Snow peas (for an extra colour, maybe I’m obsessed with green lol)
Bacon bits (cut into a small cubes)
Celery stalks X 4-5 finely chopped
Leeks 1-2 finely chopped
Onion 1-2 thinly sliced
Garlic or shallots (optional)
Unsalted butter 80 grams
Corn flour or plain flour 60 grams
Thick cream 600 mils
Fish stock 600 mils
Full cream milk 100-250 mils
Pick your choice of fish fillet (seafood) for chowder
Pinch of salt
Good amount of black pepper

On the cooking pot (medium heat) cook the bacon
Add butter ~ add flour ~ dry wine (can be white wine)
Add a touch of fish stock (around 100-200 to start with) ~ add snow peas and cook for a minute or two then use stick blender and blend through as we want to maintain that green texture through out the cooking process. Add 1- 1/2 tsp salt and some black pepper. Once the blending is complete add the rest of fish stock then the remaining preparation (vegetables), cover with the lid and bring to the boil. Add thick cream and milk ~ simmer for 4-5 minutes and blend it through one more time with stick blender.

Now you can scoops out some of the sauce to cook with your seafood on the other cooking pan or cooking pot. As you know seafood doesn’t take that long to cook through.
