When anxiety, sadness, and overwhelm hit hard, I’m learning not to run from the feelings or intellectualize them anymore I let them in. I feel them. I let my heart be heavy if it needs to.
⁣
And then…I move.⁣
⁣
Whether it’s a walk, Pilates , or a dance in my living room, movement helps shift what words can’t. It’s how I move the emotion through and out of my body. It’s not about “fixing” the feeling, it’s about letting it have space, and then letting it go ✨
⁣
If you’re in it right now, you’re not alone. Feel it, move with it and then, through it.

Sending love, besties 🫶🏻

$IYKYK😭 In the spirit of staying true to myself and letting you see a little more of who I really am (a very multifaceted human), here’s a gem my brother caught of me back in 2018. Wall Street was the place to be, and if there was music playing…I was probably dancing. (honestly, still checks out) Mr. Green didn’t have an ID, but that didn’t stop us from catching a vibe 🪩 Hope this lil moment brings you even a fraction of the joy it’s brought me over the years. I still watch it anytime I need a reminder to not take life so seriously ✨ #throwbackthursday #downtownorlando #selflovejourney #embraceauthenticity taken in Orlando, Florida by @samsortof$
