🪲🧃this show was extremely important to me. it marked a significant 10 years for me and this experience redeemed so much. it’s my first time doing choreography for khspac, and im grateful i finally got the chance to do it. ive done choreo everywhere except home. it was quite the challenge, but i was ready and able to take it on. this cast brought out everything in me. everything ive ever learned was used, and I’ve become more grateful for my teachers and mentors for guiding me through my path of performing arts. everything i know, i pass on to these amazing young performers. I don’t play around and I am blessed to have gotten this group of patient and whole hearted individuals. every challenge i could possibly face happened in this production, but isn’t that a blessing? to be given trials in a place that has been home? going up another level never gets easier, but that means im making moves in life! and none of it comes easy. ive played it that way, and im never going back. my blessing came in the form of these kids. i could have never gotten through this process without remembering each and every one of them. they are the reason im here and thriving. i am forever indebted and grateful to them. love you all ❤️ taken in Kaimuki High School Performing Arts Center by @samtafolo

♥️HONEYMOON IN VEGAS♠️
this show means the world to me. i acquired so many skills and my talents were tested. the person i felt like, when i got the call, to the person i am now is heavier with knowledge, wisdom, and heart. every moment was an addition to my cup. i could exist however i wanted to and i could show up as is, even if it wasn’t 100%. but i still gave it my all. nothing felt tied down or burdening. it was new and exciting, and it’s been a while since i felt that. it’s hard for me to connect and be vulnerable anymore, and i miss being free to be. slowly but surely. there were so many great people to learn from and work under. and a lot of great friends i gained 🥰❤️ the best cast, crew, and production team to work with. my 15 year old self is overwhelmed with joy that he has finally made it to the DHT stage ❤️❤️❤️ “samuel, you worked hard. take joy, be humble, and remember everyone who helped you get here. they are just as important to your story and journey.” thank you 🙇🏾‍♂️🙏🏽
