Genesis comes to dinner. A trip out from @revelrobotics HQ for an evening with Mazak. And yes, he’s keeping the hat. taken in Prague, Czech Republic by @samuelfouracre

When the parts come together, you get to see why they’re shaped the way they are.
An edge follows its neighbor. A recess makes room for another piece. A connection that looked unusual on its own starts to make sense.
That’s one of my favorite moments in the process: seeing all those small decisions become a whole. After so much time spent zoomed in on individual details, you step back and watch them find their place.
A closer look at how the robot torso comes together.

How it all fits together.

Developing Genesis at @revelrobotics means working through the form and the assembly together, particularly how parts meet, interlock and remain accessible.

These views show some lovely work by @altermakhi resolving those relationships, with a sensitivity to form that carries through to the smallest details. One part of a much wider team effort. by @samuelfouracre

Night before, morning after.
A night in the garden, rudimentary transport courtesy of Javier, a few final adjustments with Toni and then it’s dance time.
