26.09.2026 — REVL Punggol is officially open.

What began as an idea, a renovation site, and a growing group of believers is now a home for the Punggol community to train, move, connect, and raise the standard together.

We opened the doors the REVL way: a team sweat workout to set the tone, a lion dance to bring the energy, and a ribbon-cutting moment we will not forget.

To every member, coach, partner, friend, family member, and neighbour who showed up to celebrate with us — thank you. The space may be new, but the community behind it is already something special.

This is more than a grand opening.
This is day one.

Welcome to REVL Punggol.
Let’s raise the standard. 👊 by @samueltgk

Throwback to the recent trip. 🙌🏻

Jade Dragon Snow Mountain fooled us with her gorgeous views from the base… only for us to get up there and be greeted by zero visibility.

Nonetheless, still an incredible experience. Walking up those steps at high altitude definitely got my heart rate peak-ing as well. 👀 taken in 玉龙雪山 Jade Dragon Snow Mountain by @samueltgk

A huge shoutout to the team for representing the community with heart. @keepfitwithsonia @tracytanse @samjustlikethat @samueltgk From start to finish, left everything on the competition floor & hope we made the entire community proud 🙌🏻

Massive thank you as well to all our members who came down to support, cheer & bring the energy throughout the whole evening 🫶🏼 The atmosphere, encouragement & noise definitely did not go unnoticed.

This is what community is all about. This one’s for you, Tamp Fam! 🖤🤍 taken in REVL Training Tampines by @samueltgk

To close off the year, a few of us from various REVL studios decided to do a thing together. In support of @aidanchemaly ’s initiative to drive awareness for mental health awareness, we are privileged to have the chance to join him in this yearly event. Having the chance to come together and train together for a meaningful cause is more than we could ever ask for. Come support us as we look to complete 6 Murph’s over the course of 24 hours on the 18th of October.

Murph For Minds.

As Aidan so aptly put it, “When we come together, it’s not just the community that grows. We do too.” taken in REVL Training City Hall by @samueltgk

REVL Tampines First Birthday.

Taking the last day of 2024 to reflect on this year’s journey. I still can’t believe that that we just turned 1, everything feels so surreal.

A year ago, @steffixchan & I opened the doors with a simple vision: to try our best & create a community where everyone comes in to have fun & a safe space to workout in. Within a short span of 7 months, we won the Community Of The Year award which speaks volume of the bond that we hold so dear to our hearts.

Special shoutout to our team of coaches from Day 1 @keepfitwithsonia @syamilllllllll @calvinkuah @johanssontay @fatbeastchew @tracytanse . The selflessness that you guys have for the team & the passion to bring your A-game to every coaching session is second to none. As what Amos likes to say, this is called “Heart-work”. You guys set the foundation for everything that we have accomplished.

To @steffixchan , thank you for all that you do. Putting in all the administrative work behind the scenes, always thinking about the studio & members. We have learnt a lot during this journey, many ups and downs but giving up was never our option. Here’s to all the new & coming milestones! 🥂

And also to @olliewangkw & @revl.training.sg , thank you for all the support & trust given to us since the start. Without this foundation, we wouldn’t be able to propel ourselves forward. Here’s to all the good memories & a big 2025! 🙌🏻

Lastly, none of this would be possible without the support of our incredible community. You all have turned this empty space into HOME. Coming 2025, we promise to still continue giving our best to you guys day in & day out. A big thank you to each of you, for making this journey so meaningful.

REVL TAMPINES, you guys have my heart. 🖤🤍 by @samueltgk

2022 you have been an amazing yet a challenge-filled one. 🔥

Thank you my mentor & brother @jonathanlohyj for your selflessness & endless concern towards me. Constantly challenging me & pushing boundries after boundries, and to improve not just as an advisor but as a person. I know this wasnt the results that we were hoping for, but dont worry 2023, it is time to work!

And Boss @qquanbao for giving us a safe space to grow and nuture as an individual in @trustadvisorsgroup . 🙏🏻 Always putting yourself into the shoes of an FC and looking out for each and every one of us. Thank you Boss!

A speical thank you to the most supportive partner @steffixchan for constantly making sure that I am not slacking off at my work. Sacrificing your time to go with me & wait while I have my appointments. Hearing about all the problems that I faced but never fail to challenge me to push on. ❤️ As well as my family for always gving me the unwaivering support, never stressing me, giving me the space to grow & mature. ❤️

Lastly, thank you to my clients for all your trust & support. Without each and every one of you, there wont be a chance for me to grow in this industry. Cheers to many more years ahead & a long lasting relationship with each and every one of you. We won this award together! 🙏🏻🔥
