As we go into the fall and darker days “ vata” season it gets harder to regulate our nervous system get proper sleep and proper sunshine . There were definitely some angels in the Sanctuary this weekend🪽🕊️ Such a sweet sound journey for the Harvest Full Moon. It's times like this that remind us how special it is to slow down and share an intentional, heart opening space.

The vast wooden structure was alive with the sounds of the winds, which added an extra layer. The whole time felt quite magical from start to finish.

Thank you to @nativityonthehill for hosting us again. We love this space and look forward to expanding our events and offerings 🌕✨

A final tribute to our beautiful journey on the water this weekend. The Sturgeon Full Moon Floating Sound Bath was extra special. Thank you once again to those who joined us 🌕✨

We had birds, a literal symphony of crickets, a soulful soundscape, and as if divinely planned, a shooting star to close the night.

Words really cannot describe an experience like this. You have to be there to see for sometime, floating, and taking it all in.

🌀The Sturgeon Full Moon gave us a beautiful sound journey last night on the water in Fairfax. Nature definitely enhanced the soundtrack for this one🦉🐦🦗

Between the glow of the moon, breeze in the trees, the warm water of the pool, a steady symphony of night birds and crickets added another layer. The whole night felt suspended in time.

As the final notes chimed across the water, a shooting star streaked right above us! Couldn't have planned that kind of ending 🌠

Thank you to those who came out to float, and lounge on the poolside, and for sharing your presence with us. Moments like these are pure magic.
