A little movement. A little magic. A whole lot of JOY. ✨

This is what happens when women come together and give themselves permission to pause, move, feel, release and simply RECEIVE. 💖

No expectations. No pressure to be anything other than exactly who you are.

Just beautiful souls, fresh air, movement, sound, Reiki and the kind of connection that reminds us how good it feels to make space for ourselves. 🫶🏻

So grateful for every woman who said YES to herself and joined us for The Reset Trio. ☺️

And we’re just getting started. 🦋 Follow @sanazsounds and @rootedsomatichealing for more!

"We're obsessed. We heal ourselves, share the love" as @sanazsounds in the clip says.

We're definitely obsessed with sound healing!

It's true, it's the sounds and musical frequencies that work with our nervous system to create calm, relaxation and inner peace. That's one way we can heal from the inside. It's not really the sounds that heal, but it certainly is the stress reduction and calming the nervous system that plays a part in making our daily lives that much better. It's like listening to your favorite music, which has a certain sense of feel-good. We can all use a little more of that!

Thank you to @beltiblibrary for hosting Journey Beyond Sound, and creating such a wonderful space to hold the Fall Sound Bath. Looking forward to next time!

Not everyone is meant to walk beside us through every chapter of our lives..

Finding your people sometimes means creating space from those who no longer support the person you're becoming. 💗✨

And that can be scary. Especially when you look around and don't see many other connections or people waiting on the other side.

Sometimes we hold on to relationships simply because they're familiar, even when we know deep down they no longer feel aligned.

After years of isolation due to chronic illness, with only a handful of people in my life, I found myself holding on to almost anyone who came into it. I had to learn how to socialize all over again, navigate friendships, and rediscover what genuine connection felt like.

And let me tell you, there were plenty of awkward moments, uncomfortable lessons, and hard truths along the way! 😅

But creating space doesn't have to mean there's something wrong with the other person or you. It simply means honoring where you are, what you need, and who you're becoming.

And sometimes that space doesn't have to be permanent. You may simply need a little distance while your dreams and manifestations take root, become more solid, and you find your own grounding in what you're creating.

And sometimes, it's in the space we create that new friendships, deeper connections, and beautiful opportunities begin to find their way in.

After years of isolation, one of the most beautiful things I've experienced is finally finding a community of people who genuinely celebrate, inspire, and uplift one another. 🦋

So if you're in that in-between space, where the old no longer feels right but the new hasn't quite arrived, trust that you don't have to settle for connections that make you feel small just because you can't yet see what's next.

Trust yourself above everyone else, give your dreams room to grow, and love what you're creating along the way. 💫💕

Pc: @sanazsounds what a beautiful day at the beach connecting with you and your kiddos

You’ve been holding it all together. But who’s holding space for YOU? 🤍

For the healers, the space holders, the caregivers, the women who are always giving, supporting, and showing up for everyone else…

When was the last time you allowed yourself to simply RECEIVE?

You don’t have to be the strong one all the time.
You don’t have to earn your rest.
And you certainly don’t have to wait until you’re running on empty to take care of yourself.

This Sunday, we’re inviting you to put it all down for 75 minutes.

✨ Move what your body has been holding.
✨ Release tension through sound and movement.
✨ Receive Reiki and reconnect with yourself.

I’m joining forces with Erin @rootedsomatichealing and Sanaz @sanazsounds to bring you THE RESET TRIO.

An afternoon of somatic movement, sound healing, and Reiki, surrounded by nature and the beautiful waters of Marin. 🌿

And to my fellow healers and space holders, this is your reminder that you deserve to be on the receiving end of the magic, too. ✨

📅 Sunday, October 18
⏰ 4:00–5:15 PM
📍 McNears Beach Park, San Rafael

Come as you are. Let yourself be held for a change.

🤍 Comment TRIO and I’ll send you the link to save your spot! We’d love to see you there!

“For retreat owners and brands looking to capture that intangible quality, Moore’s work offers a masterclass in seeing beyond the surface” -Peekscribe/Atmospheric.com

I had the extraordinary honor of being interviewed back in late June about what goes into retreat photography, more specifically what I believe makes a dynamic retreat photographer.

This is an arena I have blissfully folded into, over time, that happens to combine the biggest loves of my life: travel, connection, photography & the sheer joy of tapping into the intersection/essence of the three.

This last few years I was able to see some extraordinary spots on this gorgeous globe, collab with some equally as phenomenal people, & capture some slices of that magic along the way, alongside some dream facilitators & attendees, some of whom are now like family.

Wanting to give a big shout of gratitude to those that have trusted me to document their offerings & spaces with integrity, to those already on the books for the coming months (excited for @whispertree.retreat & @elcampobaja in November), & to future collabs that are in the works!

Images here are pulls from the last 2 years of play on North Shore of Oahu, Italy, Sayulita, Bonny Doon, the Yucatán & shots from the edenic @haramarasayulita, @visitmizata, @casaxixim, @coquicoquiofficial, @mizatafoundation, @casaanush + a couple secret spots with featured shots of @sarahpascualyoga, @leialayus, @ndnlifestylist, @robyntosick, @savvy_self, @leilalightbee & many other hearts I hold dear.

Thank you thank you 🙏.

The TENTH meeting of the @novatocollective is in the books!

IMHO 2026 is basically over 🤣

I asked the ✨SOULpreneurs to reflect on their HIGH, LOW, WISH, and ROSE for 2026–here’s hoping today’s reflection leads to clarity on priorities for the remaining weeks of 2026–in business, and in life.

Every single member of the Novato ✨SOULpreneur Collective gets a “rose” 🌹from me—on the first Friday of each month, they fill the space with their business savvy, their big 🫶 hearts, and their divine wisdom. They are the ambassadors of @tarastudionovato and ambassadors for each others’ from-the-heart businesses.

You’re all stars ⭐️

There were definitely some angels in the Sanctuary this weekend🪽🕊️ Such a sweet sound journey for the Harvest Full Moon. It's times like this that remind us how special it is to slow down and share an intentional, heart opening space.

The vast wooden structure was alive with the sounds of the winds, which added an extra layer. The whole time felt quite magical from start to finish.

Thank you to @nativityonthehill for hosting us again. We love this space and look forward to expanding our events and offerings 🌕✨

See you at the next journey beyond🌌
