Today being my birthday, it’s very special for me for many reasons..

2. Today is the day, when Sadhguru’s wife VIJJI MAA was born, yes she’s the one who attended MAHA SAMADHI on ThaiPusam Pournami 🙇‍♂️🙇‍♂️🙇‍♂️

3. Also, Many of my close friends and relatives have signed up for the 21 Days Yoga Challenge 🥳

4. Special Thanks to my Parents for supporting me during all the times,

5. And To Sadhguru & Linga Bhairavi Devi without them, I would have never understood the meaning of the word GRACE & What’s it’s like to live a less friction-free life

This was our last SundayStreets 🙏🥹

An amazing initiative by @mumbaipolice and @cpmumbaipolice to make MUMBAIKARS come out of their homes and get themselves involved in some activity.

It has everything walkathons, Cyclists, Singing, Dancing, and YOGA as well to be more active 😉😉😁

And best thing was last Sunday @akshaykumar @vishwasnangrepatil sir and lot of influencers were present 😍😍😍

And yes, @zee24taas showed our #SaveSoil JIG live on their channel 🙏😎

West Region #RideForSoil 😎😎😎

As you know, we have reached 4 billion people already for #SaveSoil , but this won’t be enough if the govts are not implementing the polices in their respective nations.

And as @sadhguru said on his culmination of never attempted 30000km #journeyforsoil that for the next 12 months keep the 🔥 ON, then only we can reach more people and transform the entire planet.

So, yesterday our riders started their bike rally to spread the awareness of #SaveSoil 💚

They will be covering the entire West Region mostly Maharashtra, Goa, Gujarat and Madhya Prasesh…

Not only that, we had famous celebrities like @suzannebernert mam and @the_akhil_mishra_ sir helping us out to reach more people…

It was a pleasure meeting both of them in-person yesterday 🙏😊

Had the privilege of taking the medical professionals at Seth G.S. Medical College & KEM Hospital through a powerful yoga session 🌸

Our healthcare heroes give so much of themselves every single day, so creating a space for them to pause, breathe, and find a much-needed mental reset was incredibly fulfilling 🩺🧑‍⚕️👨‍⚕️

Every time I visit Isha Yoga Center at Coimbatore, it’s always special 💫

It’s kind of make you dig deeper inside you in terms of everything you have experience till now or just believe in 🫠

And when I see few things there, I’m like was it there before or am I just seeing it right now?🤔

This time I was volunteering for our Teachers Upgrade. It’s like… When you stop being just a visitor and start giving your hands, your time, your heart — the place gives back in ways words can’t hold…

Be it relearning my old Marathi chant 💫

Getting accreditation from Ministry of Ayush, Govt of India. 🥳

Meeting teachers from different batches 🤗
And so much more…

Visited as a volunteer, came back as a GRATEFUL HUMAN BEING 🙏🙇🌸

And not just them, we are also somewhat responsible for this…

Watching MJ’s legendary film yesterday, this track hit different. We’re living in a world where global warming is peaking, soil is losing its life, and trees are being cut down despite the red alerts. 📉🌳

It’s frustrating that we still have to remind the world of what’s happening right in front of us. But if we don’t act now, “later” won’t exist, right ?

It’s officially NOW or NEVER, let’s wake up before it’s too late… 💚💚💫
