Hyrox Singapore: i felt good on the start, but on my first run I had calf contraction, I couldn’t ran properly, on the sled, I felt literally the calf was abandon me, but I went through the pain. Step by step, not giving up, even I knew my race was compromised. Than on the lunges the pain in my hip (where I had hip replacement surgery,) didn’t allowed me to go down with my left leg, so I got 45”penalty cause I used only my right leg for lunges.
It was a movie already seen, like my life recently falling apart, with all the troubles and bad times I’ve been through.
But i didn’t quit I had the mental toughness to go ahead. Cause I know the pain is temporary. Better times will come. I felt the support from people, strangers who were cheering for me, the stadium, the amazing atmosphere.
The finish line was a freedom, a door to a new chapter of my life.
There is only room for improvement.
And good thing.
Amen 🙏🏼
.
(Not the finish time I was expecting but, i couldn’t do much with 2 injuries onboard)

Hyrox Verona

First Win 🥇
Hard work pays off.
I coach others on the process every day. This time I lived it myself.
Hip replacement surgery last year. Months of rebuilding. A program designed around recovery, not ego.
And today — my first Hyrox victory. ✅
This is what consistency over comfort looks like. This is what trusting the process actually means.
Not just a win for me. A reminder for everyone I work with — the body is capable of more than you think.

If you’re going through something right now — keep going. The results are coming.

There’s a moment every morning when you have to choose: stay in bed, or get up and become the version of yourself you want to be.
Running doesn’t forgive excuses. It doesn’t ask if you feel like it — it only asks if you’re disciplined.
Talent starts fast. But it’s consistency that crosses the finish line.
Every workout you don’t skip, every km you grind out when no one’s watching, that’s where a real athlete is built.
Don’t wait for motivation. Become the discipline.
One step at a time. Every day. No exceptions.”

Balance isn’t standing still in the middle. It’s learning to walk the wire.

A dawn workout and a three-hour dinner.
Discipline and pleasure.
Style that speaks for you, and a mind with nothing to prove.

I stopped chasing perfect. I started chasing right: the right effort, the right taste, the right moment.

Because life isn’t won by going all in on one side.
It’s won by getting the dose right.

Strong enough to choose. Free enough to enjoy. 🖤

Race day: Hyrox Bangkok. Not the time I trained for — a stomach cramp hit during the last run and threw the plan off. Still put up 100 wall balls unbroken. Still had fun.
Not bad for an “old bag” with a hip replacement done one year ago 💪

Running is still a work in progress, but I only picked it back up a year ago — and the improvement is there, race by race.

Time to step back, reset, and build toward the next goal: World Championships qualification, Hong Kong 2027.

Stay strong. And now — back to getting my athletes locked in and ready for what’s next 🔥

In black and white, the truth comes through.

It’s not just a photo. It’s a gaze that lingers on a detail no one else would notice. It’s light and shadow speaking to each other, no color needed to move you.

Every shot by @leilaaphotography is a small piece of soul turned into art. An ordinary moment, filtered through her eye, becomes something unforgettable.

Black and white doesn’t hide anything — if anything, it strips everything bare. And that’s exactly where Leila’s talent shines most: in finding beauty in what’s essential.

Thank you for continuing to turn moments into masterpieces. 🖤🤍

Here in Bali, I’ve found the formula that keeps me feeling strong and alive:

💪 Move your body. Train hard, train smart, and stay consistent.
🥗 Eat real food. Fuel your body with what makes it thrive.
Lower the stress. Sleep, breathe, and slow down when you need to.
Dance more. Joy is the best anti-aging medicine.

Longevity isn’t about adding years to your life. It’s about adding life to your years.

Where do you feel most alive? Tell me below 👇
