“Reflections” the title for a painting is rich with layered meanings-both literal and metaphorical. It invites interpretation, which is often what makes it powerful. What do you reflect on? by @sandra_garritano

This work found its forever home. It was painted on a birch panel and I really enjoyed the different surface from canvas or paper. It absorbed the paint and was firm so different techniques could be explored. I really enjoyed the process. Her sister piece also found a home. Really happy with the results, both the process of painting and its new home. What is your favourite surface to work on, and have you tried the birch boards? #post #passage #birch #birchbox #birchplywood #surfaces #wood#woodartwork #paint #redged #flex #flexibility #flexible #landscape #horizon ontally by @sandra_garritano
