« Through these workshops, I would like to share some of the tools, practices, and experiences that shape my work as a dancer, choreographer, and teacher, exploring both technical and creative dimensions.

In connection with my ongoing solo choreographic work *Natures*, we will play with sensations, gravity, space, body shapes, and movement qualities. These classes will offer an opportunity both to deepen individual bodily awareness and to experience the power of collective energy.

The first class will explore floor work, spirals, and momentum. Moving between set material and *traversées*, we will investigate specific coordinations through exercises, a final choreographic phrase, and improvisation practices that invite us to let go and awaken creativity.

The second class will focus on the foundations of French contemporary dance: exercises and a final choreographic sequence centered on body weight and organization, directions within the body and in space, and a choreographic workshop exploring the recomposition of the class material through variations of movement parameters and relational dynamics.

Both classes can be taken independently, while also complementing and enriching one another. »
