Can’t believe I’m writing that one week ago I had the tremendous honor to meet @flotus Dr. Jill Biden, @k_jeanpierre Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre, and so many other influential public leaders at Dr. Biden’s celebration of International Day of the Girl as an Inaugural White House IDG Honoree. I shared this honor with the most amazing group of young women made of scientists, authors, instructors, and more, and who showed me the immense potential for a future led by young women with a vision.

Thank you to @whitehouse and @genderpolicycouncil46 for extending such an amazing opportunity to us as Inaugural Honorees and for creating an event that celebrates and inspires our generation’s young girls and women. An absolute dream come true.

One year ago I was recognized alongside 14 other extraordinary young women as an honoree for @flotus @genderpolicycouncil46 inaugural “Girls Leading Change” award for #internationaldayofthegirl. This year I was invited back to greet and celebrate this year’s new slate of exceptional young women who are leading change in their communities. I’m so grateful to belong to such a special group of young female leaders and proud to show my support for some of the future changemakers we have in these talented young women. 🩷

So happy to have had the opportunity to attend @uchipolitics Youth Vote Fest ‘24 event near the DNC in Chicago this month. Thank you @slsvcoalition for giving youth leaders in civic engagement and voter mobilization the chance to hear from elected officials and political experts and connect with other young people committed to encouraging participation in the democratic process🇺🇸🗳️! taken in Epiphany Center for the Arts by @sandraukah
