Some seasons test you in ways you never expected. 🤍

Since coming back from vacation, life has been full of ups and downs house problems, work challenges, and then a broken wrist. Everything seemed to happen at once. But I made a promise to myself: I would show up, honor my comeback date, and return to the studio, even when things weren’t easy.

Because over the years, I’ve learned something: a teacher is not defined by her physique, her flexibility, or what her body can do. A teacher is defined by her heart, her passion, her presence, and the way she makes people feel.

To every instructor who has ever doubted herself because she doesn’t look a certain way, bend a certain way, or move like someone else remember that you are so much more than your physical abilities. Your knowledge matters. Your energy matters. Your heart matters.

Give me a room, a space, and a group of women willing to show up for themselves, and I will give them the best hour of their day. Not because I’m perfect or because life is always easy, but because I believe in what I do and in the power of making people feel stronger, happier, and more connected.

That’s what Ramla has always been about: not perfection or appearances, but people, connection, and the feeling of belonging.

My body might need time to heal, and life might need time to settle, but my heart is still here, doing what it loves.

Alhamdulillah for the difficult days that teach us, the people who believe in us, and the community that reminds us why we started. 🤍

AI can create content, but it can never replace a human heart, a real connection, or a community that grows together.

Being here, feeling everything, and knowing it won’t last forever… that’s the real richness. 🌊
