Zenthai Shiatsu is a practice close to my heart that beautifully blends the traditional energetic systems of Shiatsu, Traditional Thai Yoga Massage, with the therapeutic touch of Remedial and Osteopathic techniques.

With over 6 years experience offering different types of bodywork, I have come to this practice with a passion for offering support to people in times of life transitions and transformation. Empowering others with the remembrance of health that resides in all of us, I believe it is from this balanced state of wellbeing that we can heal and reach our greatest potential. by @sanna__coudoux

What an honour to serve not one but two divine mammas on the land of Bali.

A week of remembering, creating, nourishing and settling into this new family rhythm.

It is a true gift to the world when a mother knows what she deserves. When she allows herself to slow down, be held and receive the nourishment that supports her nervous system to integrate the immense experience of birth.

It is through this knowing, that her nervous system attunes, becoming the foundation from which her family grows.

It takes inner work to reach a place of knowing the worth of receiving this kind of care. Knowing how far it will extend and the impact it will have on the little ones. It is cultivated through presence, listening, openness and willingness to carve out that space and time to simply be with each other. It is well worth paying attention to.

A gift to humbly serve this space 🌺 by @sanna__coudoux

Ayurvedic cooking is about more than just what we eat. It's a way of preparing food that considers seasonality, our agni (digestive capacity), food combining and the energy we bring to the cooking process.

When we learn to cook in this way, food can become easier on digestion, allowing us to receive more nourishment and supporting our overall energy and wellbeing. It also helps us develop a deeper awareness of what our unique physiologies need to thrive - bringing us closer to our true nature.

I'm so excited to be sharing this afternoon of Ayurvedic cooking around the table with my dear friend @rachelniclair on September 20 in Tinbeerwah. Coinciding with the spring equinox, it is a beautiful time to develop a new relationship to what we cook and eat in accordance with the principles of Ayurveda.

This will be an intimate day with limited places, so ensure you book your place in advance.

We look forward to sharing our love and knowledge with you 🥕🌽🥦🫜🤌🏽💛 by @sanna__coudoux

Me in my happy place. Pouring ghee on cookies. Placing my love and attention through my hands as I massage them, knowing that they are about to literally be transformed into milk that will form the tissues of a new being. Wow, what a gift it is to serve mamas.

This is the quiet work of a postpartum doula. But that is felt and understood but all those with the knowingness of what this service truly means at large. by @sanna__coudoux

It is with much excitement and gratitude that I to share my refreshed website is now live and ready for your viewing!

May this be a space for women to be recognised in our innate capacity to heal, to hold, to carry and nurture life. The greatest gift to human-kind today. May I be an instrument to serve the mission of remembrance of our true nature 🌿

There is one thing that is commonly missed in taking care of our own health. And that is to take pleasure and joy in the journey!

We can become so wound up with doing all the things, that this can actually create more stress and imbalance in the system. Ayurveda says that fear is the number one root cause of disease. What if we could relax into and actually enjoy our wellbeing, or the process of becoming well? How the world could be a different place 🌿

In a world that moves fast, touch invites us to slow down to our natural rhythm, finding ourselves anew.

Touch offered in a safe, intentional environment speaks a language older than words. Reminding the nervous system to soften, the breath to deepen, the body to return home.

Touch can ground, nourish and provide a space to gently unravel what we no longer need to hold.

Sometimes, healing doesn't come from doing more things that are supposed to be 'good for you.' It comes from being held and met exactly where you are.

If you feel an exhale reading this, come see me for bodywork at @ashtangayogabelaku in Noosa on Fridays. A space to soften and be in your body.

Recent learning I am bringing into my practice:

~ God lives inside your own heart. This knowingness is accessed via a relaxed nervous system
~ Embodied experience is a way to access to deep self-knowledge
~ We can only have peace among relations if we first have peace within ourselves
~ It's time to reclaim the sovereignty of our own bodies, as living, breathing men and women living on Earth
~ If not now, then when?
~ Awareness is transformation
~ Soft thinking creates space in the mind so the heart can step into leadership

Zenthai Shiatsu is an incredible modality that offers somatic support for the full spectrum of the human experience. In a time where we are constantly being distracted from ourselves, bodywork therapies offer a space of remembrance of our true nature 🌱

Session times are available via the link in bio for mobile treatments on the Sunshine Coast.

You deserve the best. by @sanna__coudoux

The integration of professional and community care creates a foundation that truly honours the postpartum period as a time of healing, transformation and belonging. While a doula or therapist offers knowledge rooted in physiology and tradition, the community - family, friends, neighbours, other mothers - brings the everyday rhythm of love, shared meals, gentle presence, and the simple acts that make a home feel held and full.

When we begin to view postpartum care as something dynamic, a living, evolving ecosystem of needs rather than a single role or service, we open the door for true collective care. Each woman’s experience will require something different and nuanced: rest, nourishment, guidance, laughter, stillness... When we recognise this complexity, supportive community starts to gather naturally around her, with each person offering their gifts. This shift in perspective invites a paradigm change. One where care is no longer an afterthought, but a shared responsibility and expression of love.

Postpartum care, at its essence, is collective care. A remembering that no mother should walk this tender threshold alone.

If you’re in your postpartum season or preparing to enter it I invite you to reach out. Together we can weave the support you need, combining my professional offerings with the love of your community. 🤍

Mama - the state of your nervous system is what is driving your family's development. Taking the time to tend to your nervous system during postpartum is of utmost importance. As it establishes the tone with which you will walk in motherhood.

This is such a powerful time. Huge shifts are taking place at the cellular level. You have the power to create a foundational imprint that will serve the next 42 years to come. Stop and feel into what that actually means for a moment.

Don't let this opportunity slip you by. The doing and achieving can wait. Your attention is being called inwards to re-calibrate, rest, integrate and nourish. Call in your support village. However it looks and feels true to you, prioritise YOU at this sacred time.

For the mamas who are reading this and feel 'I've missed my time' - this is absolutely not true. At any any moment you have the opportunity available to you to stop and re-asses. Ask yourself are my habits serving? Is there something I can let go of here? And move towards that.

I am so incredibly proud of my sister, friend and teacher @elementsembodied and her family on how she has transitioned into a mother of 2, embracing change, growth, vulnerability and having the courage to call on her support after the birth of her daughter. You are an inspiration and it has been an honour to support you 🌸🌸 by @sanna__coudoux

When you nourish yourself during pregnancy, you are doing so much more.
You are giving to the continuum of life.
You are creating a vibration of love that ripples outward — through family, community, and the generations to come.
You are reclaiming a culture of slowness, presence, and deep care.

In Ayurveda it is said that all the feelings, thoughts and actions a mother has during pregnancy is creating a blueprint for baby's life on earth. This is carried through the first five years of a child's life.

How we tend to mothers and birthing is extremely vital in today's day and age, and something I am incredibly passionate about. It is my belief that the power to create peace and healing on earth comes from the way our women are cared for and nurtured, wholeheartedly and within community.

This is the heart of the work I wish to share.

🌿 Pregnancy support: deeply nurturing bodywork (Zenthai Shiatsu & Ayurvedic-informed), calming the nervous system, easing tension, inviting presence and spaciousness

🌿 Postpartum: in-home care, warm oil massage, herbal and nutritional nourishment, and support that honours the rite of passage you’re moving through

🌿 For those planning ahead: sacred postpartum preparation sessions so you can enter this new chapter feeling resourced and held

True health starts with YOU.

It starts with the simple and powerful choice to come home to yourself in a way that feels true.
Beginning with a thought - “I want to feel good in my body”. We open up a pathway to walk.
This quiet thought creates a ripple into action if we consciously choose to take up the offer.
One moment of alignment that changes everything.

Caroline Myss reminds us: “Your biography becomes your biology.”
Healing begins when we stop running, and start listening to our birthright. The ways in which we live, carry and respond to each moment life presents creates a powerful imprint on our bodies. We carry that with us. It is alive and ever present.

Embodied care matters and it is powerful. Everyone deserves a space to reconnect, recalibrate and redefine ourselves from the inside-out. To feel, breathe, rest and realign. To be seen and held by community.

It is not about fixing. It is about remembering the that health lives within you. It is awaiting your attention, your devotion and trust.

✨ If you're ready to begin, I’m here to walk with you.
You can start where you are, as you are 🌸
