🧠 Your B12 levels may be “NORMAL”… but are they OPTIMAL?

Vitamin B12 is essential for so much more than energy! It plays a critical role in:

✨ Brain function, memory & concentration
⚡ Energy metabolism & exercise performance
🩸 Red blood cell production & oxygen transport
🧠 Nerve health & neurological function
💭 Mood & cognitive health
🧬 DNA synthesis & cellular function

🚨 Signs that may warrant a closer look at your B12 status:
• Persistent fatigue or low energy
• Brain fog or difficulty concentrating
• Tingling or numbness in the hands and feet
• Reduced exercise tolerance
• Mood changes
• A sore, red, or smooth tongue

Here’s something important to understand: being within your lab’s reference range doesn’t automatically mean your B12 status is optimal for your individual needs.

🩺 Let’s talk numbers!

Many laboratories use a reference range that extends to approximately 1,245 pg/mL, but a reference range isn’t necessarily a personalized wellness target.

▫️ Below 200 pg/mL: B12 deficiency is more likely.
▫️ 200–300 pg/mL: Often considered borderline.
▫️ 300–600 pg/mL: Consider symptoms, risk factors, diet, medications, and whether further testing is warranted.
600-800+ is my personal standard for optimal B12 levels for energy, mental clarity, hair, skin health, digestion and so much more (based on clinical experience and research)

✨ If you’re experiencing fatigue, brain fog, or neurological symptoms despite a “normal” result, your clinician may consider additional testing, such as methylmalonic acid (MMA), to better assess your B12 status.

Remember: fatigue and brain fog can also be associated with iron deficiency, thyroid dysfunction, poor sleep, and other underlying factors.

The goal isn’t simply to fall within a reference range. It’s to understand your individual needs, investigate persistent symptoms, and optimize the factors that support your health.

💬 Have you checked your B12 levels recently? What was your number?

Three things you need to know about taking p3ptid3s

Taking Peptides? Here are three things that you should be doing while you’re on them

Number one: buy your Peptides from a reputable source, with every batch verified third-party lab, tested, and proof of COA certificate of analysis with over 99% purity

Number two is track your progress by running bloodwork regularly to see fire markers, such as glucose, kidney and liver function, immune cells, hormones too

Number three is cycling through your Peptides and adjusting the dose ad needed to ensure that receptors don’t get desensitized

Always work with a trusted practitioner who can help guide you through the right Peptides for your goals and make sure you understand all the interactions and mechanisms

Feel free to DM me peptide so I can share where I would get high-quality Peptides that actually work
