This is it. Every weekend practicing on Mill Scale Sundays, workshopping ideas, sometimes failing but always keeping at it, have led to this. Lots of R&D eating at local joints around town, this is my offering to the bbq world. Being able to share this tray with close friends today made it even better. This is one for the books. Tried a new method for pork belly bites, thanks to @rolling_bones_bbq for shedding a light on a technique I’ve been interested in. Whipped up some homemade hot honey for the glaze. The end result as Will would say, that’s gooood, reeallly goood. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🔥🔥 by @sanscouth

10 years sober today. Fresh off an ER visit for alcohol poisoning and then withdrawls on a weekday, I found myself living on my parents couch with no job, less than $20 to my name, no visible future. I was able to slowly get it together and go back to school, take an internship at a local dealership, build a career, eventually meet and marry my dream woman, start a family with a beautiful baby boy, find a new passion in barbecue and even got to play pitmaster for a bit. That one decision to quit changed my life forever. I got alot done in the last decade, and I don’t know what’s next, but I’m here and I’m ready for it. ❤️✌️❤️ by @sanscouth
