🇺🇸🎵 The People Called it Ragtime! 🇺🇸🎶

Congratulations to Ragtime on its Tony Award win for Best Revival of a Musical!

There are so many extraordinary artists, musicians, crew, staff, and countless people whose talent, passion, and hard work bring this production to life every day. I’m especially grateful to my incredible colleagues at TKP—and to Tom Kirdahy, whose vision, leadership, and unwavering belief in the power of great storytelling continue to inspire us all.

I am so happy for our beloved Terrence, Lynn and Stephen, whose masterpiece continues to stir hearts and remind us of the power of hope.

So proud to be part of the Ragtime family. 🇺🇸

In two weeks, my work is being performed in NYC for the first time in several years. The talent is off the charts and I cant believe how everyone has really wanted to make this wonderful reunion work inside their busy schedules. I am so excited to return to my roots for a night and to share my writing with many people for the first time—which also seems crazy! If you were there ten years ago, I hope you have as fond memories of that time as I do and that maybe you’ll consider coming back for … another happy ending! ❤️🌈 link in bio taken in 54 Below by @santinodeangelo

Daniel and I spent the weekend upstate knocking on doors for Josh Riley in Binghamton! Not only is NY19 one of the most important races in the country — if you’re from Broome County, this is your chance to have someone from YOUR community represent you in congress in 70 YEARS. Think about that: 7 0 Y E A R S. Josh is a good man who knows what we need because he’s one of us. VOTE FOR JOSH TOMORROW!!! 🇺🇸🇺🇸 #joshrileyforcongress #election2024 taken in Binghamton, New York by @santinodeangelo

“In the warm New York 4 o’clock light we are drifting back and forth / between each other like a tree breathing through its spectacles / and the portrait show seems to have no faces in it at all, just paint / you suddenly wonder why in the world anyone ever did them / I look / at you and I would rather look at you than all the portraits in the world” taken in Broome County Courthouse by @santinodeangelo
