✌️ Peace ☮️

Continuing the conversation from last night’s classes: how can you find peace amongst the chaos?

Can you find a calmness in your heart when there are noises, troubles, stressors?

🧘‍♀️ Inhale through your nose for four seconds.

Hold at the top.

🧘‍♀️ Exhale out of your mouth for six seconds.

Hold at the bottom of the exhale.

(repeat)

Tell yourself: I release the burden of holding onto anger, fear and guilt. I can lovingly part ways with the thoughts and worries that are holding me back. I am whole. I am enough. I am safe. I am at peace with where I am in life.

🌱 We will revisit this theme on Saturday at 8am. 💐 by @santoshafit

Come flow! by @santoshafit

Starting off a new school year and a new yoga schedule.

Join me on Mondays and Thursdays at 5:00 pm for yoga.

You’ll connect with others, you’ll move, you’ll work hard and you’ll stretch. You’ll leave feeling stronger and also more relaxed than when you arrived. I promise.

Classes are at Simply Fit and Fun in Reading MA. Owned by two amazing women and filled with the most supportive instructors and high vibe clients. This space has 4 rooms: a large room, small heated studio, reform room and a full on gym. The studio is right off the highway, minutes from the Wakefield Lake.
