How much leverage you can get depends on a few things:

• Property type
• Property cash flow / DSCR
• LTV
• Debt yield
• Sponsor experience + financial strength
• Occupancy & stability of the property
• The lender and loan program

There’s no universal “maximum leverage” for every deal. The right financing structure depends on the specifics of the property and the borrower.
