Every feeding journey looks different. The hard and beautiful show up in all of them.

Between my two girls I’d be lying if I said it came easy and without stress, but when we finally find our rhythm, I realized this is something I wanted to cherish forever.

@lacktousa’s at home DIY breast milk kit is a simple and beautiful way to create pendants that hold your journey, no matter the length. I added mine to a necklace that holds my fav memories and can’t wait to pass this down to my girl.

Use my code SARAHHEYL to get 10% off your order. ✨

October has felt like a yearrrrr already, so a photo dump to say: holy sheittt this is hard and messy (especially our hair) but we’re doin it and making it fun.

Hurricane Isaias showed us many things…but mostly how quickly a neighborhood can bond together, and how impactful it is to show up for people and MEAN it.

grateful for the friendships we have here and for my little family. I am behind on pretty much everything *except* being present with them and in the end, that’s all that will matter. by @sarahheyl

Packing for a solo day out as a pumping mom means grabbing 100 things and still forgetting something. Add in the kids without the pump…still so. much. stuff.

Thennn came @mimiandpal! This backpack is amazing and I love all the thoughtful compartments that make organization a breeze. My car may be a mess but my bags….perfectly organized. 😉

Comment BAG for the link and explore even more on @mimiandpal.

The desire to decorate for every season, rearrange when bored and renovate every room at once is real.

I don’t know about you, but I’m getting tired of the trends, the copy/paste homes and people only finding inspiration on Instagram and Pinterest.

But I’d be lying if I said I was not annoyed at the *waiting* to find those perfect pieces.

For now I am truly so grateful for how this home is serving us. And I can’t wait to share the sweetest origin story next. ✨

Lights and familiar voices are our favorite things lately. 🥹

We’ve transitioned Millie girl to the regular @kytebaby sleep bag and she is giving us a solid 10-11 hours a night!

Milestones will look a little different over here but we’re taking all the wins we can get. 🫶🏼

#ad TRICARE Mamas in the market for a new breast pump…this one’s for you.

@thebreastfeedingshop is my go-to source for getting a pump and extra supplies as a TRICARE Prime beneficiary.

They make the process super simple and provide everything you need to feel confident in your feeding journey, no matter what it looks like.

The @anker_eufy_baby S2 is my wearable pump of choice and it is a game-changer when it comes to juggling two kids, work and life. 🙃

So, make sure to check your benefits. You most likely have coverage for something you were wanting to buy anyway.

A September to remember.

Celebrated 4 years with our sweet Anna Grace, 4 months with Millie and her giggles, AG’s first soccer season and a fishing trip with dad & family. Blessings on blessings with this sweet family of mine. by @sarahheyl

Just keepin’ it real as a mom/business owner and content creator!! ✨

All this to say
I do love ~momfluencing~ in this season of life, but I’m not chasing fast growth. My goal is to stay authentic and only work with brands I love as a work from home mama of two. Thanks for supporting, even if it’s just a comment on anything I share!

Sun protection but make it high quality & momma & baby friendly. 🤍

We are leaning into sun protection more than ever and I am so glad we have SO many options from @coolibar that are chic, moisture wicking and most importantly UPF 50+.

Comment COOL for everything we use! 🔗🔗🔗

I’m already looking forward to their new collections for each season. 🌞

Becoming a mom didn’t just give me another purpose, it gave me my childhood back. Dance parties for no reason. Teaching her to use imagination like it’s a superpower. And giving them the best gift of all…each other. Being present and carefree with them is a gift I do not take for granted.

We may be in the trenches with good days and hard days but when I look back at memories like these, I know I’m doing something right.
