It’s always been a dream to collaborate with my dear friend Melissa Helser @mphelser . To have the weight of her voice and her heart added to a song that is so precious to me is an absolute dream.
……………………………………………………………..

Before my dad died I told him I was writing a song for him. I told him that he had loved me into this world and I was going to love him out of it.

I started writing Born from Love when my daddy was sick with cancer. I was thinking about losing him and what that would mean. It was hard to even wrap my brain around it at the time and I would almost feel nauseous when I thought about him not being on this earth with me. The idea that we are born from love and one day we will go back to love brought me so much relief. I felt like I could give my daddy back to Love. by @sarahkmc
