Happy birthday! 22 years ago your daddy and I were proudly holding you. Grateful. And not sure we were ready. But with a lot of help from family and friends, we managed to keep you in one piece. Now, as you start your next adventure - law school- we couldn’t be prouder of the caring, wonderful young woman you have become. We love you. Xoxo by @sarahlinkschultz

And just like that, it is done. Our days of watching our baby perform are over. She will have one more meet at nationals. And then she will close the book on this chapter. We have loved watching you. I’m not crying. Oh, yes I am. by @sarahlinkschultz

This smile at the end of a routine never gets old. She is 21 years olds and we still run all over to see her perform. Next time, the end of March, will be the last time we see her. I will cry. I have already warned her. We love the joy this sport has given her life. And the lessons it has taught. How lucky are we. by @sarahlinkschultz

This beauty turns 19 today. You amaze us every single day. You have a quick wit. But you never deploy it to hurt others. You love big. Including loving cats. And you are wicked smart. Have the very best day. Xoxo Mom and Dad by @sarahlinkschultz

Day 13: Penang, Malaysia was the real sleeper port on our trip. We had the most amazing guide who shared his love for his home with us a truly brought it alive. Great guides make all of the difference. by @sarahlinkschultz

Day 12: The first of three ports in Malaysia - Langkawi. We visited the entire island including Eagle Point, the Durian Waterfall and a craft village. Our visit was topped off by the Skybridge, the longest curved suspension bridge in the world (or so we were told). Schuyler and I ventured across. Christian and Doodle found some fabulous boba. And the monkeys were everywhere. by @sarahlinkschultz

Day 12: Phe Phe Island, Thailand. The water was beautiful; the sand on the beach soft and the snorkeling some of the best we have ever experienced. Wonderful guides who did everything they could to make sure we had a perfect experience. by @sarahlinkschultz

Days 10 and 11: For those still following along on our journey, thank you. The next two days were spent on the ship celebrating the New Year. The idea that we passed the dateline as much of our family was eating breakfast is wild and only emphasized by New Year’s holiday. by @sarahlinkschultz

Day 9: Thailand and the elephants. This was an adventure that almost didn’t happen. The tender to shore was running incredibly behind. So we sneaked 10 people onto an earlier boat. It was totally worth it! by @sarahlinkschultz

Day 8: Cambodia - fish markets, temples, crabs and beach and more kitties. Somehow we always find the kitties. Cambodia definately does not have the same developed tourist vibe that’s Viet Nam does, but the people were just as welcoming and lovely. by @sarahlinkschultz

Day 7: Saigon was beautiful and heartbreaking all at once. We saw a rebuilt city. We saw the results of war. We tasted some of the best food I have ever eaten. And we learned about egg coffee. And weasel coffee (look it up). And our girls had a chance to barter. Without question a country we would come back to. by @sarahlinkschultz
