Thankful for this club and the amazing people and experiences it’s led me to in the past two years❤️

Excited to run with you all this month!

We’ll see you at Rocky River Reservation next Saturday, September 12 at 9am, and for coffee afterwards at Blackbird Baking Company.

Our second run club this month will be Sept. 24 at Forest City Brewery at 6:30pm! Walk, run, and hang with us after. Pace groups for everyone!

You don’t have to

train
run
or walk alone.

our run club has been doing hard things together since 2024, and It’s my hope we continue for years to come🫶

Come celebrate our 2-year anniversary this Saturday, July 11 at Edda Coffee with us in Ohio City! It’s going to be a blast 💥

This past weekend, Birdie packed up and headed to Cleveland, Ohio to cheer on BAR Run Club and Girls on the Run!
Watching this community show up and run together is exactly why we made the trip. The reality: 60% of women have been harassed while running outdoors, 1 in 3 have changed their running route out of fear, and 84% think about safety on every single run.
As Olympic marathoner Aliphine Tuliamuk put it: “No woman should have to be afraid to run outside. Every woman deserves to run free.”
That’s the gap we’re here to close; one run, one Birdie, one fearless runner at a time. Over 4M women already carry one. 🐦
Get yours today.
Run bold. Stay safe.

What a morning. ☀️

It was such a pleasure to lead @girlsontheruninternational in a 5k this morning to kick off their national summit week. Thank you for the work you do🫶

BIG shout out to @shes_birdie for providing personal alarms for all of the women in attendance.

And an even bigger thank you to my OG run club attendees for sacrificing their work mornings and helping lead pace groups❤️
