Four years ago I started this journey to qualify for the Masters CrossFit Games. Semi finals 20222 I blew out my shoulder sustaining the worst injury in my life at 45 years old. This workout was my worst finish of the week but by far will be my favorite memory.
So grateful for the love and support from all my family and friends. And for the doctors and therapist that put me back together. So proud and honored to compete and do what I love to do. by @sarahtimson6517

Sometimes the greatest test isn’t the workout—it’s your ability to show up anyway.

Today isn’t about perfect circumstances. It’s about professionalism, resilience, and finishing what you started.

One more chance to compete. Make it count. by @sarahtimson6517

Didn’t think I had a shot at finishing in the top 10, considered not even doing online semi’s after coming home from Alabama and finishing 3rd. After a few pep talks from close friends and coaches I did the workouts and finished 10th. It’s been a wild stressful few weeks waiting for the leaderboard to finalize. Grateful for all my friends who kept me updated and supporting me through it all. We are going to San Jose!! by @sarahtimson6517

From graduating preschool to celebrating you graduating from high school. It has been the best watching you grow up into an incredible young man. My only advice is keep being you because it works. You have always been the most confident, energetic, loyal and loving kid. And being you will get you to where ever you want to go. So proud of you and everything you have accomplished but most proud of you for being a great person. I love you more than you will ever know. by @sarahtimson6517
