There are seasons for striving, and there are seasons for returning…

As we approach the Jewish High Holidays, we’re invited into the practice of “teshuvah” - return - the sacred practice of coming home. Home to our hearts, to our souls, and to the deepest truth of who we are.

Join @saraishapiro @theealikomountain , Shoshana Sosman and me for a weekend of prayer, music, nature, ceremony, deep listening, and community as we prepare to cross the threshold into a new year.

Sep 2-4, Sebastopol CA

this is my most recent substack article. I've been enjoying writing longer essays in my "beckoning of the wildflowers" substack. This shares some of my story of what brought me to earth connection after growing up in an urban area, and how it helped re-cohere my nervous system after my recent health crisis. by @saraishapiro
