For seventy-five minutes I will share the story behind the paintings: eighteen years of healing, the awakening that came through Buddhism and through the illness itself, and every painting I created along the way. It is a story of survivorship.

Every single detail of this 6 day immersion is intentional and aligns with the potential for all who attend to achieve the fulfillment of their greatest intentions and highest timelines.

The Set: @maestrovalley is the first of its kind off-grid, bio-optimization and wellness retreat. All travelers will experience the profound experience of traditional ceremonial practices held in the container of the world’s largest acoustically perfect aircrete sound dome. “A Concert in the Cosmos”.

The Setting: Lake Atitlan is one of the most mystical and spiritually revered vortexes on Planet Earth. The Ancient Mayan’s hailed it as the birthplace of humanity. This immersion will be held during the most energetically potent time of year known as La Canicula in which locals describe as the most beautiful and energetically charged time of the year.

The Facilitators: Jens and Sarai bring a perfect balance of the Divine Masculine and Feminine energies to hold this container. With a combination of decades worth of experience, deep knowledge, reverence and practice of Shipibo traditions and an unwavering dedication to creating the safest and tightly held spaces for all who are ready to meet their edges. As a duo, their combined musical range and mastery guides each traveler through the great mystery to find their own power and purpose.

In order to hold balance and ensure the full experience for all who attend, this immersion will be limited to 8 men, and 8 women who are ready to answer the call.

Over these past months, I’ve been blessed to have had many beautiful performances, ceremonies and opportunities to create music and beauty with people I love. 🎶✨🪷

In this time of great uncertainty, chaos, and big waves of emotional highs and lows, I have found the most solace in very simple principles - presence, courage, trust… these ways of being remind me to come home to myself - again and again.
🪷❤️‍🔥🕊️

And - as we all face the forces that are trying with great might to keep us polarized, divided and angry, it’s upon us to recognize we are actually all in this together! We share one world.

I know that life would be so much harder if I didn’t have the friends and allies that keep me sane, and help me remember who I truly am. I dedicate this song to you- you know who you are!! 💕

I have been a big fan of the late and great spiritual teacher Ram Dass for many years. He is known for coming up with the quote “walking each other home.” It’s a quote I have used many, many times - and it inspired this song.

Some photos and clips from Sebastopol which was definitely a highlight on what has been such a sweet tour. Thanks for showing up with your open hearts and dancing feet. And big thanks to our brother @jensjarvie for being such an incredible human, hosting us and connecting us to so many good new people.

Tour has been full on. Definitely some learnings and invitations to grow, but the beauty has been abundant, and it’s been such a joy to deepen the many sweet connections we have made these last few years. Feeling full, tired and grateful.

Amidst the collective uncertainty and insanity, gatherings like these have been feeling extra potent and important. Thankful for the technologies of music and community as ways to help us access more love to meet this moment.

I am deeply grateful to my nutrition clients for sharing their victories and reminding me of my higher purpose. Every milestone achieved and transformation celebrated holds immense significance, as I understand how meaningful it is to return to wholeness. While the healing process can be challenging and at times feel overwhelming, it is also where we uncover beautiful lessons. It is in these moments that we can truly return home to ourselves and tune in to the messages of our spirit.✨

In a world filled with noise and countless toxins, we often overlook a silent disruptor: stress. This invisible, insidious poison can wreak havoc on our hormones and impact us physically. We all experience stress… perhaps you will resonate with this story… I’ve navigated a turbulent chapter where I grappled with a chaotic environment, manipulation, betrayal, and judgment that threatened my peace and livelihood. Delusions became my reality, confusion haunts me still, and my memories feel meaningless. Stress manifested as pain in my cervical spine. Yet, amidst the darkness, I’ve found solace in the words and support of those around me.💫

When clients share how I’ve positively influenced their lives, when someone offers a complimentary massage, sends an audio book, invites me on a retreat and gives so much love, or tells me am an amazing teacher, it reignites the spark within and I remember that I am here to show up for others, to love, and to be a beacon of light.✨

I feel incredibly fortunate to have friends, family, yoga students, and nutrition clients who remind me of my purpose and strength during this stressful moment in life. Your reflections inspire me to continue investing in my passion for helping others. I am honored to walk alongside you all on your paths to natural health. Thank you for believing in me, reminding me of all I’m capable of, and holding me in this space.💫
