All questions are great questions.

Turn your song ideas into full productions this fall-winter.

We start October 14th! ✨

My EP Surrender, with the title track of the same name, turns 3 today 🎉

Launched on spring equinox 2023, I had no idea what ride of surrender would be in store for me by tuning into this frequency.

It feels like a completion of a chapter. Humbled, more embodied, and giving even less fucks, I'm excited for what's next to come.

Holding grounded presence for the world at large today as we emerge into the light.

A dark, sexy groove that celebrates the disarming and transformative quality of the embodied feminine.

Thank you to @geometrae_audio for the mixing & mastering, to @oliviamancusomusic for your practiced ears and guidance, and to @heatherchristie.love for your unending support 🙏

Found in the Trippy Downtempo 🔥 playlist, linked in my bio 💫

I love trip-hop. Massive Attack, Tricky, and Portishead are heavy musical influences in my world. And I love downtempo grooves that hit in a sensual, visceral way. The ability to access hidden, ethereal dimensions beyond physical reality is something I deeply appreciate about music.

Trip-hop and dreamy vibes are core influences of SEAR, my latest track releasing on Oct 23.

I thought it’d be fun to compile some of my favorite trippy, downtempo tracks to vibe to in a Spotify playlist: Trippy Downtempo 🔥 is linked in bio.

SEAR will be added once it’s released :)

Enjoy! 🎶

I was in an office meeting, seated across an older woman who fully occupied her seat. She ran the place, after all.

The sense of aliveness and expansion I felt in her presence took me by surprise. But instead of thinking about what I was feeling and why, I allowed myself to simply sink in and feel.

I was fresh out of a @dancemeetstantra workshop the wknd prior, where I got more comfortable with allowing the ebb and flow of feeling to pass through me without mental attachment. Sometimes (a lot of times) it's more satisfying to just allow without needing to understand.

I took in the firey essence of her curls as I sunk deeper into my body. A bass beat started coming in. And then a melody line.

SEAR is the result of me following these sensations, without any attachment or agenda.

Two weeks from today, I'm releasing a new track that took 4 hours to make but took nearly 6 mo to finesse to release -- inspired by an encounter with a strong feminine energy that felt like an initiation, simply by being in her presence.

Sometimes the muse strikes hot and fast, but creations bloom at their own right timing.

I'll share more of the story in days to come, but excited to finally share SEAR across all platforms on Oct 23 🎉

Music is medicine. IYKYK.

The portal to the sonic realms can be the #1 way to alchemize pain and grief and rage that we feel from life’s experiences- personal and collective.
