I was in an office meeting, seated across an older woman who fully occupied her seat. She ran the place, after all.

The sense of aliveness and expansion I felt in her presence took me by surprise. But instead of thinking about what I was feeling and why, I allowed myself to simply sink in and feel.

I was fresh out of a @dancemeetstantra workshop the wknd prior, where I got more comfortable with allowing the ebb and flow of feeling to pass through me without mental attachment. Sometimes (a lot of times) it's more satisfying to just allow without needing to understand.

I took in the firey essence of her curls as I sunk deeper into my body. A bass beat started coming in. And then a melody line.

SEAR is the result of me following these sensations, without any attachment or agenda.
