POSTS STORIES REELS
Meet the founders: Sarollé We’re Serena and Madison, two creatives who turned a shared love for storytelling, hospitality, and the places that bring people together into a multimedia marketing house built for the hospitality industry. Serena brings the strategy, creative direction, and eye for detail behind the visuals, photoshoots, social stories, and brand moments that make people want to linger. Madison brings the growth: growing audiences, increasing viewership, driving engagement, and turning social performance into measurable business results. We work with hotels, restaurants, bars, and hospitality brands that know they’re selling more than a product. They’re creating a place where people want to be. Our job is to capture what makes that place special, tell the story in a way that travels, and turn attention into action, from the first view to the reservation, visit, or purchase. That’s Sarollé. A marketing house for the places worth gathering around. 🥂 #meetthefounders #hospitalitymarketing #marketingagency #nashvillemarketing by @sarollehouse
The most expensive marketing mistake isn’t a bad ad. It’s a good ad in front of the wrong person. Luxury hospitality brands don’t need to reach everyone. They need to reach the people who already have the desire, lifestyle and spending behavior to understand the value of what they’re selling. That means asking better questions than “how many impressions can we get?” Where does our guest actually discover their next trip? Who do they trust for recommendations? What publications are they reading? What hotels, restaurants, clubs and experiences are already part of their world? Because 1 million impressions from people who would never spend $20K on a vacation are worth a whole lot less than 10,000 impressions from people who would. Good marketing isn’t about getting the most eyeballs. It’s about getting the right ones. #HospitalityMarketing #LuxuryMarketing #HotelMarketing #TravelMarketing #NashvilleMarketing by @sarollehouse
All social media managers turn into ghosts or pumpkins on halloween… we don’t make the rules 👻🤝🎃 by @sarollehouse
The content hospitality & travel brands actually need isn’t just pretty. It should make someone want to experience the brand. At Sarollé, we create social content for hospitality and lifestyle brands that captures more than the room, the menu, or the destination. We focus on the details that make the guest experience memorable and give people a reason to choose you. From restaurants and hotels to travel experiences and lifestyle brands, your content should communicate what it actually feels like to be there. Because great hospitality deserves great storytelling. If your brand is ready to turn the experience you’ve built into content people actually want to engage with, let’s talk. #HospitalityMarketing #HospitalityContent #HospitalitySocialMedia #HotelMarketing #RestaurantMarketing by @sarollehouse
A full room at Soho House Nashville for Founders Club: Building a brand people rave about. Last night, Founders Madison Rolley @madisonrolley Alex Lagos @mralexlagos and Vincent Phamvan @vincentpv for a @foundersclub.nash conversation digging into everything from content and community to customer experience and what actually makes people want to advocate for a brand. And despite coming at it from different specialties and perspectives, there was one common thread: Get specific about who you’re building for. Trying to speak to everyone usually means creating something no one feels particularly connected to. The brands that build real community know exactly who they want in the room, what those people care about, and how they want them to feel. That specificity carries through everything. The content you create. The experience you deliver. The way your brand shows up online. The way someone talks about you after they leave. Because building a brand people rave about isn’t really about getting everyone to love you. It’s about giving the right people a reason to. A huge thanks to @samc.photo @aaronfowlerr & @nashvilleryan for capturing the evening! #brandbuilding #founders #nashvilletn by @sarollehouse
Is your brand social….or just on social? At Sarollé we believe in a wholistic approach to brand marketing that actually makes your audience feel engaged. Now serving a billboard placement of your own when you sign ✨ by @sarollehouse
There’s a difference between capturing an event and bringing the energy of it to life online. Over the weekend, @sarollehouse co-founders @madisonrolley & @serenalaurel were on-site for @the.secondseating rooftop party at @whitelimozeennash, capturing the details, the energy and the guest experience as it unfolded. Because hospitality marketing doesn’t stop when the event starts. It’s about making people who weren’t there feel like they missed something worth showing up for…and with this event they definitely did. #hospitalitymarketing #eventmarketing #nashvilleevents #nashvilletn #socialmediamarketing by @sarollehouse
Pretty was never the problem… A lot of hospitality brands are still posting like it’s 2016: one perfect plate, a caption, repeat. The feed looks beautiful, but the views and reach aren’t there. Here’s what’s working now: carousels people swipe, Stories that show the room, and content that puts your regulars front and center. The food brings people in. The vibe and the community bring them back. And you don’t need to post every day. Two or three thoughtful posts a week can build real, steady growth. Is your feed stuck in 2016? Send us a DM and let’s bring it into this decade. 🍸 #HospitalityMarketing #RestaurantMarketing #NashvilleRestaurants #SocialMediaTips #SarolleHouse by @sarollehouse
Two best friends, one favorite coffee shop ✨ by @sarollehouse
Best two out of three? 🪨✂️ You’re focused on your guests and your team. When content gets filmed but never posted, or posted without a plan, people who’d love your space never find it. We build social strategy and content for hospitality brands, so your feed looks as good as the experience you’ve already created. #HospitalityMarketing #RestaurantMarketing #NashvilleRestaurants #SarolleHouse #rockpaperscissors by @sarollehouse
Tonight at @sohohouse Nashville: a conversation for the people building brands worth talking about. @madisonrolley, co-founder of @sarollehouse, is joining @foundersclub.nash as a panelist for a conversation all about building a brand people rave about. From creating experiences people want to share to building loyalty, word of mouth, social proof and a reputation that keeps people coming back, we’re digging into what turns customers into genuine advocates. It’s a topic Madison knows from a few very different angles. From years in sales, marketing and content for software brands, to building a travel platform and community of 300K+ across social, helping generate more than 50 million views around the launch of @sweetshoppecandystore new location, and now co-founding Sarollé and working alongside some of Nashville’s most exciting hospitality brands such as @whitelimozeennash Different industries, same question: what makes people care enough about a brand to talk about it, recommend it, come back + bring their friends? Tonight, we’re talking about exactly that alongside a room full of Nashville founders, entrepreneurs and creatives building things of their own. Founders Club Nashville Tonight, October 20 | 6–9 PM Soho House Nashville Leave a comment if you’re planning to come and DM for details + to get on the list. #foundersclub #marketingstrategy #femalefounders #nashvilletn #panelist by @sarollehouse
There’s a difference between capturing an event and capturing what it felt like to be there. Our approach? Get the shot without stepping outside of the experience. We immerse ourselves in the room, the energy and the little moments happening between the “moments.” Because the best hospitality content shouldn’t feel like it was captured by someone watching from the sidelines. It should make you feel like you were right there in it. That balance between experiencing the night and knowing exactly when to pull out the camera is where some of our favorite content comes from. For us, hospitality marketing is about translating an experience through a screen. Whether it’s a packed rooftop in Nashville, a hotel event, a restaurant opening or a night people will be talking about tomorrow, we want the content to make you wish you were there. That’s the Sarollé approach. #HospitalityMarketing #NashvilleMarketing #HospitalityContent #EventMarketing #NashvilleHospitality by @sarollehouse
