One year of Goose! We fully feel as if we’ve jumped out of the nest, and our wings are full! We had some pretty big goals for this past 12 months, and we’ve exceeded all of them, so yeah, we’re proud of that.

We have always wanted to bring a human touch to building this business. Yes, because we are such good friends, and yes, because we cherish authentic and real conversations with everyone we partner with. In this day & age, we want to LOVE what we do and feel as if it’s making a difference. Success.

We are so grateful for all the support, excitement and love from our community. Here’s to many more years ahead!

A lot has happened!!! I turned 30 this year. Turning 30 is scary, but It also feels so easy as I’ve never felt so sure of where I am, what I’m doing and who I’m doing it with.

Besides getting old, I also started a business, @superiorgoose, with my partner @halesgoodreau. I couldn’t be more grateful to have met someone so intentional, driven, smart, and supportive. We truly laugh through every big shift and I’m so excited to share our successes together.

I also did a ridiculous amount of traveling (shocking, I know) with my love, @jaco_bearly. This man has supported me through so many shifts and reinventions. He keeps me well fed, keeps our house warm, and somehow keeps his sanity while I juggle indecision & chaos but he is always there to remind me that he’s not going anywhere. I love you for that.

I spent so much time with family, my mom, @j_chesler1213 and @serenaannucci, both in Cleveland and the Keweenaw. I can’t wait to continue to choose to spend time together no matter how far away we are.

I finally convinced my long-time bestie @lilycoxskall to get her ass to the Keweenaw! Yes, it’s far but watching my people fall in love with this place is one of my greatest joys.

Entering my 30s, I’m excited to keep growing, changing, traveling, connecting, and just becoming a better human. 💕 by @sascccha

12 miles, 7,696 ft of elevation and 24 hours on Acatenango was the hardest, craziest, coolest thing I have ever done. Love to Wes for putting up with my crazy on the uphill, carrying all of our food and just being the best support system as we did the damn thing. 🌋 taken in Volcán de Fuego by @sascccha

I have not even begun to share my experience, because it just isn’t physically possible. I shared over two weeks with an amazing, loving group of people, a spicy and incredibly uplifting instructor, and in one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been to. It’s been a roller coaster few months, so here’s what’s going on…

I moved back into my house with Evan a few weeks ago after living alone for about 6 months. Living alone is fun and all until you eat dinners solo for 3 days strait and run out of common pantry items you can normally share. Happy to have him back in my daily routine.

Weston took a job offer downstate. Within the same week he got another offer in the U.P., so he ditched his rule following pride and took the BETTER offer in town, which makes our lives significantly easier. He also moved in last week which means our lives are changing and moving into more of a combined lifestyle. The fridge is overstocked and we are happy.

My bestie is getting MARRIED in less than a month, and I get to celebrate her often. Not only has she been such a huge support system for me, she has introduced me to amazing people who she is willing to share. I am so grateful to have this type of endless love within community.

Juno has a tick born disease, and has been feeling icky these last few weeks, but she’s getting better with time and is just so dang cute. Our bike rides and adventures outside are worth her happiness and the ticks are just things we have to live with…

We’ve all been mountain biking so much and my heart is full.

So there’s the good and the bad. Hopefully it’s more refreshing than annoying here on this app created to showcase the 10% of us. Much love ❤️ taken in Keweenaw Peninsula by @sascccha
