Hard work pays off! These ladies got to refresh their moves from SASS 1 and get a whole new arsenal of tools with SASS 2!

This class included ground fighting which unlocks a whole new aspect of self-defense. These ladies walked in the door with everything they needed already inside them- we just showed them how to use it…”YOU ARE THE WEAPON!”

It was a great night @lovelandcoffee! We filled the space with 25 new SASSters and they trained hard! 💪🏼

Thank you to Jessica and Beach Loveland for providing the perfect space and investing in the safety of our community!

These ladies came from all over Lexington and Richland counties to learn how to protect themselves, have more awareness as they carry themselves in the world, and to be a safe place for other women who need a soft place to land.

This is how we #protectthetribe !

Tennessee brought the SASS!

I got to train ladies from all around Nashville!

The best part was seeing several of them the next day and getting to hear how the class impacted their confidence, the way they woke up the next morning thinking about what they learned, and realized they were going about their day with a new awareness of what they were capable of…

When women train with us- they find their voice- something wakes up inside of them that is beautifully powerful!

Thank you for hosting me Tennessee! Thank you for welcoming me to your “sisterhood,”Spring Hill- now I get to welcome you as SASSters!
