𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐰👇

1. 𝐋𝐎𝐒𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐎𝐑 𝐋𝐄𝐒𝐒𝐎𝐍𝐒? I am an amateur. As much as I train like a professional, I still am still learning valuable lessons through competition. With that being said losing sucks and definitely doesn’t encourage my ego ,but I’m not here to knock fighting off my bucket list as something I’ve done in my past time. I want to take fighting farther than I thought possible and continue to grow not only as a fighter ,but as an individual. With that being said perspective is everything, losing is a lesson in disguise.

2. 𝐖𝐞𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 After traveling out of the country I’ve realized weight cutting shouldn’t be your biggest fight during camp. Challenging your body to manage weight loss in the most “healthy” ways possible does more harm than good. Stop killing yourself to make minuscule advantages that come no where near close to out weighting the cons. Unless you can do it and feel like you’re not dying just go out there and showcase your skills until you get paid to make a weight (fun fact: I have died twice)

3. 𝐄𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 At this point in my amateur career being nervous is something I usually have to force, but throughout fight camp I have an array of emotion. Like life I have to learn to control my emotions and since the beginning of me fighting I have gotten much better at it when it comes to training, refueling, and preparing to fight

We win some, we lose some… but more importantly we grow and improve. The love and support I received from loved ones leading up to this fight was immense. I may not be the most receptive of the love sometimes ,but I appreciate yall more than you know. Truly blessed to backed by so many amazing people and my family over @royalstrikingmma , I will continue to learn & build new skills mentally, physically, and spiritually as to continue to make everyone proud 📿☯️

Also shoutout to @lukeskatess for stepping in the ring with me and giving me another dance. We both are competitive at heart and wanted the win, but only 1 man can come out with victory in the end. by @sauce.pack
