Have you ever wondered why people wear a sauna hat?

it’s more than just a sauna staple.

It helps regulate your body temperature

It helps keep your head comfortable in the heat

It reduces the feeling of intense heat on your head

so you can relax deeper & enjoy your sauna session

.. your sauna ritual, made a little more comfortable 🤍

sauna hats are provided at all Sauna Flô sessions
or you can bring your own

✨ ready to try it for yourself?

Why we love the cold 🧊

There’s something so refreshing about stepping into the ice bath, taking a deep breath and embracing the cold.

Then comes our favourite part, warming back up in the sauna, floating peacefully on the water and letting the outside world switch off for a while. ✨

Sauna, cold plunge, fresh air & uninterrupted time to yourself.

Your sign to book your next reset at Sauna Flô ✨
