I didn’t realize how loud my mind was until I gave it nowhere to go.

No phone.
No music.
No distractions.
Just heat, breath, and my thoughts.

The sauna has been teaching me something I didn’t know I needed, how to shut it off.

Because we live in constant noise.
Notifications.
Conversations.
Content.
Always thinking about what’s next, what’s missing, what needs to be done.

And your brain never actually gets a break.

But when you sit in stillness, real stillness, yes it is 100% uncomfortable at first.

Your mind races.
You want to leave.
You start thinking of a million other things you “should” be doing.

But if you stay…

That’s where the shift happens. 📈📈📈

Your breath slows.
Your thoughts soften.
Your body starts to release what it’s been holding onto.

And you realize, you don’t need all the noise.

You need space.
You need calm.
You need moments where you can actually collect yourself.

Growth doesn’t just happen in movement.
It happens in stillness too.

In the uncomfortable moments where you choose to stay instead of escape.

Because that discomfort?
It brings out a version of you that is more grounded, more aware, more at peace than you even realized was there.
