BRISSMAN-LUNDEEN INVITATIONAL: The Bees pivoted this week with a last minute move to Saukie Golf course, instead of a flooded Seminole Valley. These tough runners overcame a warm day and soggy course conditions for some great outcomes! This was many Bees first time racing Championship race distance!! 🐝🐝

Top to bottom every Bee put everything they had into the race, and it was a very good day! Kaitlyn Knoche was the top finisher for the Bees bringing home a 3rd place finish!!

The Tenacious Bees are back in action this Friday at Indian Hills!!

Congratulations to 2012 SAUTF LEGEND, and 2xNAIA All-American, Mandy (Streu) Steiger on her induction into the St. Ambrose Athletics Hall of Fame!! Mandy helped rewrite the record books in her time here at SAU which raised the bar for what success could look like for the Bees. We are so proud of everything she did in the jersey, in the classroom, and as teammate. Congratulations, Mandy!

Tenacious Bee Family Reunion was a SUCCESS!! It was a beautiful Saturday, the Bees were together, and we raced/ran well!! It was THE BEST DAY… so it gets multiple posts!!

Please enjoy these highlights from the Legacy Races!! We ran a 50m dash for Future Bees 5 and under, an 800 for 10 and under year, and a mile for 13 and under!

IT WAS SO MUCH FUN!!! They all ran their very best!! Some of them were a little tired from cheering on mom or dad - but they persisted, as Tenacious Bees do, and finished with solid runs.

Jansen has them all scouted and marked as 5-Star runners on the recruiting lists for Falls ‘32-‘43. These are some Future Bees to watch!

We, the current team, had so much fun giving these future Bees a little taste of all of the best parts of cross country!! SAUXC Alumni - make sure to sign your Legacy Runner up next year!!
