🔥Wowowowowowow🔥

I have long been a fan of the Save Da Sea Carrot Lox (seen many times in my stories about snacky snacks I've been enjoying) but did you know that they now have a Carrot Lox Creamy Cashew Spread??

Thank you so much @savedasea for gifting this spread to try out for the first time along with a box of the carrot lox!
I paired the spread with some go-to pita crackers in this photo but I also really enjoyed the spread with thickly sliced cucumbers. Super refreshing! The bits of carrot lox, combined with dill and the creaminess that cashews bring to this spread make this the ultimate healthy, yummy snack. I'm gonna have to have this on hand all the time now just like how we always have a stash of the carrot lox in the fridge at all times 😅🤭

Meet @savedasea! So stoked to have them join us at Circle V 2026, where founder Aki be sharing their tasty and versatile seafood alternatives. Have you tried their plant-based salmon and tuna?

SAVE DA SEA
Save Da Sea is a woman-owned company from Victoria on the west coast of Canada, a place renowned for seafood. Their products are made from simple ingredients including a smoked salmon alternative made from carrots and a ‘tuna’ salad made from jackfruit. Other ingredients include locally sourced bull kelp, flax oil for Omega-3s and protein from chickpea and faba protein.

Save Da Sea’s founder, Aki Kaltenbach, started the company while she was working for her family’s Japanese restaurant. She had become vegan and was looking for seafood alternatives and couldn’t find any and created her own options. Her products can be found in stores across the Pacific Northwest including @marketofchoice, @metmarket, @pccmarkets and @wholefoods.

Have you tried the new @savedasea plant-based spicy “tuna” roll from @marketofchoice? 🌱🐟🍣 This tasty new addition to the sushi station features vegan tuna made of shredded jackfruit mixed with creamy mayo and a touch of lemon.

The fish-free tuna comes from Save Da Sea, a woman-owned company hailing from Victoria, Canada, which is renowned for seafood. Save Da Sea aims to offer more sustainable alternatives made from plants. You can also find the jackfruit tuna salad and carrot-based smoked salmon from the vegan meats section at Market of Choice.

The tuna roll makes a great snack on its own. To build out a full meal, I also picked up a veggie roll, seaweed salad, and cold noodles from the deli section. Pair it with refreshing @drinkgoodwolf probiotic sodas for an excellent springtime dinner!
