@saviorcool.global sent me their Savior Cool cooling hydration vest backpack in pearl white to try out on a hike - The vest came with 3 ice packs, a 2l water bladder, a whistle and a compass.

The ice packs were honestly such a great addition, felt a bit odd putting ice packs in something I was going to wear - until I tried it. I wore this on a big hike - The Coledale Horseshoe - I managed to fit snacks in the vest, a power bank, layers (they were NOT needed! 😆), a first aid kit, electrolytes (@feelnuyu - always!) and 2l of water.

I pre hydrated too - which is quite an underrated tip when heading out for longer hikes.

It was comfortable throughout the hike too - I usually a take a big bag and pack full of things I’ll never need “just in case” - so it actually felt quite freeing taking something so much smaller! Especially in the heat ✌🏻

If you’d like to check them out, have a look:

Code: LISE20
Offer: 20% off

I was pleasantly surprised!

Full reel / mini vlog coming soon on the actual hike 🫶🏻

Do you prefer a little vest like this or a bigger pack?

Can the Savior Cool cooling vest stand up to a stroller run in the California desert? 🏜️

Dropping my oldest off at school means my morning miles happen right when it turns into an absolute oven outside.

I am a total gear girl, but I have never actually run with a cooling vest before. I was stoked when @saviorcool.global wanted to gift me a vest to help me stay cool during my marathon and 70.3 training

🧊 The Verdict: I definitely felt cooler around my core and my water stayed colder for longer.

💪 The Petite Fit: This vest also didn’t chafe at all. For reference, I am 5’3” and 125 lbs, and the fit was snug when tightened all the way.

🤫 Slosh-Free Pack Hack: If you hate the sloshing sound of a water bladder on a run, try the vacuum trick from my video! Just flip the filled bladder upside down and suck all the air out before putting it in your pack for a quieter adventure.

If you’re interested, they’ve provided me a discount code for you!

🐕 Hot Pavement? Not Today. ❄️

Summer walks shouldn't get cut short. Your dog heats up faster than you do, and asphalt gets a lot hotter than the air around it.

Gear up before you head out the door:
✅ Dog Cooling Vest keeps your pup comfortable block after block
✅ Adult Cooling Vest keeps you going in the same sun
✅ Lightweight and breathable, so nothing slows either of you down
✅ Hours of cooling for morning walks and evening strolls

Same route. Same heat. Way more comfortable, for both of you. 🌞🐾

Shop the human + dog cooling vest set.

Thank you @saviorheat_wear @saviorcool.global for sending me your cooling hydration vest to take e along with me in my adventures.

The 3 ice packs provided with the vest kept me cool on my walk. There are 3 slots for the ice packs which are located at your under arms and on your back.

The 2L water bladder was a must to keep me hydrated while on the move. Just slots into the compartment on the back.

With the vest you get an emergency whistle and compass which are a super useful accessory for emergency situations.

The vest is really good quality. Breathable mesh back. Lightweight. Adjustable straps and pockets/attachments all over the vest to help carry stuff

Ad/ I think I’ve found the solution to surviving this heatwave… 👀💦

Because let’s face it… at 53, the hormones are already doing their own thing without the weather joining in too! 🤣

When @saviorcool.global asked if I’d try their cooling and hydration vest, I couldn’t say yes fast enough… and honestly, I wasn’t expecting to love it this much!

Not only does it have a built-in water reservoir and drinking hose to keep you hydrated on the go, but it also comes with 3 cooling packs that slip inside the vest to help keep your body cool on those hot, sticky days.

Whether you’re walking, gardening, at festivals, watching the kids’ sport, or you’re a runner or cyclist, this could be an absolute game changer in the heat.

Now tell me… how are YOU surviving this weather? 😂

Drop your answer in the comments… I promise I won’t judge! 🤣👇

@saviorcool.global have kindly given me a 20% off code for anyone interested: don’t forget to use Hudson20 for 20% off.

I hope you’ve had a good day. For us it’s been starting the bedroom decorating. Will be a few weeks before reveal but will story it along the way.

Have a lovely evening
