@saviorcool.global sent me their Savior Cool cooling hydration vest backpack in pearl white to try out on a hike - The vest came with 3 ice packs, a 2l water bladder, a whistle and a compass.

The ice packs were honestly such a great addition, felt a bit odd putting ice packs in something I was going to wear - until I tried it. I wore this on a big hike - The Coledale Horseshoe - I managed to fit snacks in the vest, a power bank, layers (they were NOT needed! 😆), a first aid kit, electrolytes (@feelnuyu - always!) and 2l of water.

I pre hydrated too - which is quite an underrated tip when heading out for longer hikes.

It was comfortable throughout the hike too - I usually a take a big bag and pack full of things I’ll never need “just in case” - so it actually felt quite freeing taking something so much smaller! Especially in the heat ✌🏻

Can the Savior Cool cooling vest stand up to a stroller run in the California desert? 🏜️

Dropping my oldest off at school means my morning miles happen right when it turns into an absolute oven outside.

The 3 ice packs provided with the vest kept me cool on my walk. There are 3 slots for the ice packs which are located at your under arms and on your back.

The 2L water bladder was a must to keep me hydrated while on the move. Just slots into the compartment on the back.

With the vest you get an emergency whistle and compass which are a super useful accessory for emergency situations.

The vest is really good quality. Breathable mesh back. Lightweight. Adjustable straps and pockets/attachments all over the vest to help carry stuff
