We are firm believers that if you understand the rules of the game the game is to be played.

Two years ago we purchased a mixed use freehold consisting of a retail unit with ancillary storage and a 2 Bedroom flat.

We quickly let the commercial unit and 2 bed flat after a quick refurb. Then our focused turned to the storage / garage unit.

Understanding Prior Approval we were able to take this former storage unit and obtain planning permission for a 2 Bed Mews House in 56 days.

We took a storage / garage unit worth circa £10k and changed it to a Mews House worth £250k within 3 months.

We are back again with @angleddevelopments and inspecting the new Glass Balustrade at the Buckinghamshire Mansion project.

We sacrificed circa 20 sq m floor space to great a wow factor as you enter the property.

𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐖𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠...

As it’s Thursday lets do a Throwback to one of our favorite projects a former defunct office in Buckinghamshire.

We remember when we looked at this site other developers walking around the site said they could get 5 flats in this building. However by understanding Prior Approval rights we knew we could get planning for 10 flats and 10 flats is what we got.

We started this project in Lockdown 1 (2020) and finished it in Lockdown 3 (2020).

Having experienced many challenges during this build we put this deal forward to the @propertyinvestorsawards and won Commercial Devloper of the Year 2020. In addition this site won an award at @internationalpropertyawards 2023.

It just goes to show to create something award winning you just need to think outside the box.
