IRONMAN ARIZONA 🌵

✨1st AG - 5th OA ✨
Fastest Amateur Bike Split 🚀
13th OA Bike Split w/ 26 pros 🤩

Let’s just say my bike legs really showed up. 🚀😮‍💨

That was special. 🥹 After a very heartbreaking experience with going all in on Kona, I knew this race would be a gamble. Recovering from an Ironman is hard. Let alone recovering from the place Kona took me to - physically & emotionally.💀

Originally I was a bit disappointed as I was shooting for the OA Podium and missed it by just 2 spots… again. But after taking a step back and remembering this is only my SECOND year in the sport and my THIRD full distance tri. Never having any prior experience on a road bike, zero structured run or swim training, and no endurance training whatsoever - I’m pretty happy with just how far I have come. I’ll keep putting in the work and my time will come. 👏

Thank you for all the support - my friends/fam, the @endureallcoaching community, the best team @realtrisquad, my @pallas.io community and athletes.

Also huge shout out for all the support out there! I met so many people from this little Instagram community. 🫶🏼
We don’t get anywhere in this sport alone. ✨

Even bigger thank you to the team 💖

Wow! Tomorrow is the big day. Honestly still at a loss for words. 🤯

I have worked so hard this build and pushed to places I didn’t know I was capable of. I feel very prepared to take on this race, however I am not naive to the conditions this course brings. All that is left to do is execute my race plan.

Huge thank you to the people in my circle. I couldn’t have done it without you all. 💛

I am ready to suffer. I promise to leave it all out there.

See you on the other side!

ps. see the last picture for my nickname (thank you @race_chase & @laceelikes) on the back of my kit. 🚀

I’ve seen this trend talked about as doing it for the generations of women before us who couldn’t.

And while I think that is SO powerful, I also think there’s another side to it that might be even more important — showing the generations of women coming after us that it’s okay to dream BIG. 💭🤯

To want more. To try something different. To take up space. To build a life that maybe no one before you thought was possible. ❤️‍🔥

Because maybe it’s not just about doing the things they couldn’t.

Maybe it’s about showing the girls coming after us that they don’t have to be afraid to dream about what they can. That’s how we continue to break down barriers after all. ✨🤍

I never in a million years thought I would have a masters in engineering, work full time as an engineer, compete in athletics at a professional level, and continue to imagine what else is possible. But here I am, and I want to continue to show young women ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE. 🚀

A piece of my heart is in West Virginia ❤️✈️ by @savy_tri

The early mornings. Missing time with loved ones. The money spent. The fatigued body. The exhausted mind. Early bedtimes. The hyper-focus on every single detail. Saying no when you want to say yes. Choosing the process when it would be easier to choose comfort.

All of these sacrifices… and still falling short.

It’s heartbreaking. 💔

Because sometimes you can give everything you have and still not get the result you wanted.

But ultimately, that’s part of the process.🧱

Failing is a guarantee in sport and in life. You’re going to fall short. You’re going to question whether all the sacrifice is worth it. You’re going to have moments where you wonder if you should have chosen differently.

But you don’t get better without failing.

Maybe that’s the hardest part to understand: the goal was never to reach a point where you no longer have to struggle. The goal is to become someone who can keep going through it.

Because even when you win, you go right back to the process.

Back to the early mornings.
Back to the sacrifice.
Back to the details.
Back to pushing your limits.
Back to getting better.

The result is temporary. The process is what stays.

So here’s to embracing the highs. Learning from the lows. And relentlessly showing up.

That’s the process. Trust it. 🖤

Fall down 7 times, stand up 8. ❤️‍🩹

Thank you for all of the love and support these past few days. I am incredibly grateful for the people my corner, supporting, and believing in me no matter what. All the love has lessened the sting.

I’ll be back one day, Kona. ❤️‍🔥

Ironman World Championship tomorrow! 🌺☀️

I can’t believe it’s been a year already. 🤯

This year of racing has been full of highs and lows — moments that tested me, humbled me, and taught me a lot. I’m coming into Kona fitter, wiser, and hungrier. I took a lot of lessons from last year, and tomorrow I finally get the chance to put them into practice.

A huge shoutout to the people in my circle. The ones who have believed in me, pushed me, supported me, and stood by me through all of it. I truly couldn’t do this without you. 💜

And I’m so excited to race in our @realtrisquad World Championship race suit by @zootsports! So thankful for the incredible support! 💖

Tomorrow, there’s nowhere to hide. Just me and the island.

I’m ready to put it all out there. To suffer. To fight. To be patient. To embrace the hard moments, dig deeper than I think I can, and conquer some demons along the way.

No holding back.

Leave it all on the course.

See you on the other side. ❤️‍🔥

Time to rest and carb up. ⚡️🔋🔌

I’m definitely ready for race day to be here. 🤩
