solo dolo

Falling back in love with solo creation time in the studio. This year I made it a goal to get myself on stage more…and the opportunities have arrived✨ Someone once told me that being a dancer over 30 was “embarrassing” and to that I say 🖕🏼
I’m doing this till the wheels fall off!

I am truly a collaborator when it comes to creation. Rarely does the movement come from my body alone. The dancers, partners, directors, musicians, stylists, brands, networks, lighting designers, videographers....all play an essential role in how the work is created. I am eternally grateful to continuously find myself in new creative environments with unique challenges that allow me to grow (stress), learn to articulate better, gain awareness, listen and pay attention to the why. Thank you to every artist who has contributed to not only my career but to my ever evolving body of movement🙏 by @saxonfraser

Hustle break from rehearsals at the Banff Centre 🖤
I love to hustle on disco and house music but a slow jam in my socks feels so calm and connected @bboycrazysmooth

Thank you @seektash for capturing this moment ✨

45! More at peace than I’ve ever been, though circumstances are still very much in flux…Must be the wisdom finally catching up

Turns out peace isn’t found when everything falls perfectly into place, it’s found when you stop needing it to.

I am more certain of who I am, less interested in proving myself to anyone and more excited by possibility than perfection. I’ve learned the best chapters rarely begin when you expect them to. But I’m ready

Grateful for it all, and you all 🙏✨
