Art takes many forms (Part I). Though I’m a tattoo artist, this time I designed for the stage. These two creations were born from a deep reflection on feminine duality, designed and handcrafted for Maude & Sandrine Gobeil for the dance show Révolution. Each look is a tactile exploration of womanhood: linen and canvas ground the structure, while latex and feathers evoke sensuality and movement. Symbolic lines and curves trace across the body echoes of feminine energy flowing uniquely through each of them. Set to “Gun Burial” by Dominique Fils-Aimé and choreographed by Saxon Fraser, this was a moment of artistic synergy I’ll never forget. Lived an absolute dream of performing in London with @Bboyizm The biggest achievement yet the biggest challenge was dancing alongside this insane cast of dancers/humans. It was truly an honour for me to share the stage with the og's, the legends and the beasts of our dance scene. Words can't fully express the gratitude I feel, but here it is. Thank you for the memories, the teachings, the support, the tough love and everything in between. I hope yall know how much I look up to each and everyone of you. Took me a while for me to process this entire experience and accept the blessing that it is. Imposter syndrom is really a thing.. Looking forward for whats to come 🤲🏼✨️ . . . also this all happened on my bday weekend which made it even more surreal . #bboyizm #breaking #break #hiphop #35mmfilm
