This Saturday, Art Bank Pride comes to the heart of Shepton Mallet for a huge night of drag, music, dancing and unapologetic queer joy.

Pride is a party, but it is also about visibility, equality and creating a place where people can come together and feel completely welcome. This night is for the LGBTQ+ community, friends, families, allies and anyone who wants to celebrate diversity and the freedom to be yourself.

Featuring five incredible queens from Haus of Silk across two live drag sets.

Saturday 18 July
7pm until late
The Art Bank, 13 High Street, Shepton Mallet, BA4 5AA
FREE EVENT
Happy Hour 7–8pm
First drag set at 8pm
Under 18s welcome until 9pm

Five queens. One night. One very proud town.

Share this reel, tag your people and come celebrate Pride with us.

What an amazing day down here in Shepton Mallet courtesy of @makethesunshinecic
We are so lucky to now be a part of this lovely town and community.
I can’t believe we’ve been here for nearly a year.

Betsy @ 4 years old

It is proper mad how quick it goes. Our girl is so amazing, funny and brilliant. We’ve had a lovely day despite it being her second birthday in lockdown. Thankfully we did have a few special guests arrive via the back gate to help us sing happy birthday and eat cake in the garden in the cold, rain and snow. I know! Snow. Ffs. Hello April you daft bastard month. Anyway it all made for a lovely lovely day for the loveliest of little people. Happy birthday Betsy. We are so proud of you ❤️
