Celebrating my birthday today with something that feels like a real full-circle moment. I was featured in @incmagazine this week as the lead expert voice on what it takes to ‘Build Beauty Brands that Last’. 16 years ago I was steaming clothes and organising beauty closets as an intern in London, completely obsessed with this industry. Today, I’m being asked to weigh in on where the industry is heading.
