103kg. Hated what I saw in the mirror. Zero confidence — despite grafting in the gym for years.

I was doing everything “hard.” None of it was structured. And that’s the difference nobody tells you about.

It wasn’t effort I was missing. It was a system.

Relentless (adj.) — oppressively constant; unyielding in intensity, without slowing or stopping.

That’s what got me out of that position. And it’s the standard I still hold myself to — every plan, every check-in, every client.

Since then — I’ve won natural bodybuilding shows and helped dozens of lads build physiques they actually keep year-round. No peptides. No quick fixes. Just structure that works.

That’s Project Relentless.

Break Average. Discipline on Command. Built to Last.

Three phases that turn effort into an actual plan.

Time to audit the habits. Build the discipline. Adopt the identity of the person you actually want to be.

That’s what Relentless means.

This is what’s possible when you stop making excuses and actually lock in.

Charlie got abs in 4 weeks.
Not by doing anything extreme —
by finally sorting his eating habits and unlocking what was already there.

Callum lost over 15kg, built muscle, got his jawline back, a full six pack, and a level of confidence that can’t be faked.

Tom? Went from skinny fat to photoshoot ready in Marbella in 4.5 months.

All three of them did it through Project Relentless.

These aren’t outliers.
These are guys who were exactly where you are right now — going to the gym, getting nowhere, wondering what they’re doing wrong.

The answer wasn’t a new programme.
It wasn’t more information.

It was structure. Discipline. And someone who actually knew what they were doing.

That’s what I do.

I take men from average to elite — in their body, their habits, and the way they carry themselves every single day.

If you’re ready to stop spinning ya wheels and start seeing results that actually mean something —

Most guys don’t have a training problem.

They have an identity problem.

They’re still operating on the same autopilot that’s kept them average for years — same bad habits, same broken routine, same excuses dressed up as reasons.

That’s exactly what Project Relentless was built to destroy.

Here’s how it works:

——

PHASE 1 — BREAK AVERAGE 🔨

Before we touch your body, we fix what’s going on in your head.
Sleep. Screen time. Weekend habits. Self-sabotage.
We strip it all back and rebuild your standards from the ground up.

You stop being the guy who “tries.”
You become the guy who executes.

——

PHASE 2 — DISCIPLINE ON COMMAND ⚙️

Motivation is unreliable. Discipline isn’t.

This phase is about making your routine non-negotiable — regardless of how you feel, what’s going on, or how hard the week gets.

Feelings off. Actions on. Every single day.

——

PHASE 3 — BUILT TO LAST 🏛️

This is where your body catches up to your mindset.

Progressive training. Flexible nutrition. Real results that don’t fall apart the second life gets busy.

Momentum becomes your default setting.

——

This isn’t a 6-week challenge.
This is a permanent upgrade.

If you’re done being average and ready to find out what you’re actually capable of —

This one thing you refuse to do is why you look average… and it had me training hard, hitting protein, but looking the same for years. Drop me a follow if this hit 😅 by @sbfittt

Eating healthy Monday- Friday doesn’t mean sh*t if you still look average -

And if you think that protein shake with a meal deal is saving you over the weekend lads, I’d think again

I used to be convinced all I had to do was train hard, eat some chicken and I’d look elite 👉

But I only looked decent with a pump, blamed my ‘body dysmorphia’ or genetics and settled for average…

Until I realised every weekend was a mess

It’s Saturday so it’s time for ‘balance’

No more tracking kcal

Half assed gym session

Meal out just because I ‘deserved it’

That’s the type of stuff someone who looks average does

If you want to get in elite shape do this ✅👇

- Track your weekends
- Stop basing your routine off of emotions
- Don’t eat cheat meals, eat off plan meals
- Track every number, every day
- Show up regardless of how your week was

Those 2 days of freedom either make or break elite physiques

DM me “WEEKEND” and I’ll send you the free guide on how to drop fat and build muscle at the same time, which is exactly what Will did 👇

Will had been training for a few years and plateaued for the best part of one. His lifts were stuck and the scales were slowly creeping up. He thought he was being optimal, but he wasn’t.

He also didn’t believe you could lose weight and get stronger at the same time. He assumed it was one or the other.

So we built a plan around his life rather than against it. He stayed locked in during the week, and we built some flexibility into his weekends so he could still go out with his mates without burning out.

He’s now about 10kg down, his lifts are going up again, and his social life is still intact.

Here’s the bit worth sitting with tho. If you’ve been training for years and you’re stuck, it’s probably not effort. Will was putting the work in the whole time. He just needed someone to show him where it was going wrong.

In his words, he wasn’t heading in the right direction until he had that guidance.

4 weeks difference between these 👇

That’s the power of resetting the standards going into winter 📈

Summer comes to an end, you’re not sure what to do.

No more top off around the pool on holiday

The diet feels boring

The cardio feels pointless

But if you let those standards slip, you’re sabotaging how you look and feel next summer. Not just the next couple of months…

That’s exactly what happened with Michael, busy with work. Trying to manage it all and fitness easily took a back seat

I installed phase 1 on project relentless again. Break average.

Showed him what was required, audited the habits and took the focus back to the physique

Now the fats flying off and it’s only the beginning for Michael 🔥

Install the standard now, thank yourself next summer. Link in bio to get it done 👊 by @sbfittt

DM me “WEEKEND” and I’ll send you the weekend maths guide I use to find where it’s leaking. “Nearly there.”

How long have you been saying that? Be honest. Six months? A year?

Nearly there is the most expensive place to sit, because it feels like progress. You don’t look bad anymore, so nothing pushes you to change, and you quietly stay the same.

Here’s the maths that keeps you there.

Monday to Friday, you’re 400 calories under maintenance every day. That’s 2,000 banked, so keep that number in your head.

Saturday you take it easy: a brunch, a couple of coffees, oil in the pan, a handful of nuts. Nothing you’d call cheating, but that’s around 1,000 calories you never counted.

Sunday is your mum’s roast, with double potatoes, the Yorkshire, gravy and a pudding, because it’d be rude not to.

Your 2,000 calories are gone, and you might even be in a surplus. Then Monday comes round and you lock in again, wondering why the mirror hasn’t moved.

I told myself that for years. Almost every lad who joins Project Relentless is doing exactly the same.

Mates he hadn’t seen in years came up to him asking: “How have you done this?”

Before Project Relentless, max thought he was locked in. He was hitting his protein and roughly knew what he was eating, but he never tracked it. He’d chuck things in here and there and saw a bit of progress, but nowhere near where he wanted to be.

The part that stuck with me is when he said he wasn’t pushing himself as hard as he thought he was.

That’s most lads. You’re not lazy, and you do turn up. But training ‘hard’ only gets you so far…

Nine weeks later, he’s 7kg down, he’s built muscle and he’s stronger on his lifts. His confidence is through the roof, whether he’s at work, walking down the street or taking his top off. He goes to the gym regardless of how he feels, because he finally knows what he’s capable of.

His words for anyone on the fence: “Just full send it.”

DM me “WEEKEND” and I’ll send you the full weekend maths guide for free. You know what to do. You’ve known for years: track your calories, eat clean, have carbs before the gym, hit your protein.

So why do you still look the same?

Because knowing what to do only covers the days that already have structure. Work gives your week shape, and your days off have none. Nobody ever taught you how to handle a Saturday.

Try this for one weekend. Track Saturday exactly like a Tuesday: the handful of nuts, the splash of oil in the pan, the flat white on your morning walk, the chips off your mrs plate, and the bread and sauce with the “healthy” option when you eat out. Then add it up. Most lads are shocked.

The fixes are simple. Plan two meals before the day starts. If you’re eating out, front-load your protein early and swap your last two meals for it. Then on Monday, do nothing special. Don’t starve yourself or add extra cardio. Just carry on as normal.

Tom knew all of this too, and he still looked average. Once we fixed his weekend maths, he went from skinny fat to doing a photoshoot in Marbella in under five months.

You can tell you lift in the gym, with the pump, the arms and the lighting. Then you put a T-shirt on and nobody can tell.

If you’re mid-twenties to thirty, training six times a week and hitting your protein, you’ve probably tried everything to fix that. Hyrox, functional training and running, all chasing the athlete look, and you still look average.

Here are the two lies most lads in that spot are telling themselves.

“If I’m good Monday to Friday, I can relax at the weekend.” That’s fine if you’re happy looking average. A 10k on Saturday morning doesn’t earn you the pastry and the “hard week ticked off” story. Track Saturday and Sunday, and if you want a meal out, swap your last two meals on Sunday for one macro-matched off-plan meal.
“I can do it myself.” If that were true, you wouldn’t have changed your split a dozen times and you wouldn’t be blaming your genetics. Your beginner gains didn’t stop because you’re doing something wrong. They stopped because training hard and drinking protein shakes isn’t enough anymore.

Be honest, which one stung more?

In your mid-twenties, what moves you forward is accuracy, accountability, direction and higher standards. That’s exactly what we build in Project Relentless.
